AFFILIYA move to NetRefer tonight!

Today at 23:59 "MyAffiliates" will shut down.

After it, you can't log in to your accounts. We will create new accounts with old credentials in NetRefer at the beginning of next week.

All information about your players will migrate on NetRefer, all data after shutting down will be saved and moved to NetRefer too.

We make sure that no action is lost.

The old links will not available until the new accounts will create

We apologize for the inconvenience.

At NetRefer we are committed to the betterment of our product and as our main consumers we are very interested in hearing your feedback. Whilst not all changes may be possible we are always on the look out for improvements. NetRefer does not actively monitor these forums and as such your suggestions may be overlooked. We would like to however encourage you to submit your feedback about the product through the feedback section in our Affiliate interface. Please keep in mind that this feedback is not sent to the respective operators as such if your issues are of an operational nature we suggest you contact your operators directly.


In the meantime, we are pleased to let you know that as per feedback provided by some of you we have added a new section ‘Reports’ which you can find between the Payment reports and the My favourite reports section that groups all reports in one place for ease of access.


We also realised that you might be having difficulties to create and edit marketing sources. As such our team has endeavoured to improve the user experience to ensure that as affiliates you can easily add, edit and delete as well as have visibility on the different marketing sources and groups.


These changes have been released on the week starting 8th of October on the respective operators utilizing the NetRefer Performance Marketing Platform. We truly hope that these changes help make your day to day easier and we look forward to receiving your feedback though the Affiliate interface’s feedback section.

My main complaint is the basic reports we all need are not simple to access.
We have to click 3 or 4 times to get to a monthly report - and then we can only see one month at a time and the brands aren't separated. We have to look at a different report to find out where our income came from.
And then we have to scroll the stupid reports left & right to view all the columns - then we can't see the row titles!

What I would like to see, is something like the Egass system used by Full Cream, for example.
Pretty much everything is on one screen with no scrolling needed:

Something like that would be great - except with €1,000's instead of all those zeros!

Many thanks for such an honest reply, one of my remits is reputation management, hence I posted our formal reply. What I can do now is make our developers aware of the issues you raise. believe me, feedback like this is greatly appreciated... Ha ha!! 'All those zero's

That's what all your affiliate stats are gonna look like when you implement netrefer ... you can go from converting like crazy to 0 with netrefer.. extremely suspicous.. besides that it never works half the time anyhow.. myaffiliates is the best by far, never put a netrefer brand in a premium spot..
