Affiliates Bay - ghosting before confirmatio - RESOLVED

Want to send strong warning about Affiliates Bay and their Affiliate Managers.
Last month we provided them with traffic worth EUR 5,940. Unfortunately, when requesting confirmation of the move on November 8, I received information that they had sent a request to the finance department for confirmation.
It is currently November 28 and we have not received any response yet despite the activity of Trish and Nina's managers. Only every week they write back that they are sorry and send a request to the finance department. The information was supposed to appear last Friday. Since then, none of the managers have read the messages.
As an affiliate network, we have to cover the amounts to our sources due to the lack of response from the advertiser.
Any tagging in the group or writing privately has no effect.

adtogame.com is an affiliate network company, who represents a collection of 3'rd party igaming affiliate programs. These programs pay adtogame.com an agree value, which you then pay a % of that to affiliates who join your network and promote/advertise your programs.

My question is... If your unable to recoup, or more so be paid by a 3'rd party what is owed to your company, then affiliates would have to crazy to partner with adtogame.com.

Aside from that why come here to AGD. Don't you have a legal Dept., for that or at least legal council???!!!

Or are you trying to make yourself BIGGER than your company actually is... And, your just a 1 person show!

Just like you, I don't understand why, an affiliate network, would come to AGD to seek help, obtaining a payment. It's akin to a casino coming here asking for help to reclaim a bad debt.

Reiterating, your an affiliate network. Hence, coming here, posting this, makes your "About Us Page" (adtogame.com/about-us), sound as believable, as pigs with wings.

Leaders in the affiliate network industry, wouldn't come here seeking help. They'd have their own resources to get that outstanding debt, paid. So it seems your not as BIG as the site claims. If those statements are iffy, what other statements have been embellished?!

The fact that we have such a statement does not mean that as a network we cannot publicize the problem with a given advertiser and the warning about its insolvency.
I understand that as an affiliate network we have no right to comment on any issue?

The point is that there are companies that do not pay and whether it happens to us or to some smaller publisher has the same importance.

This is still a completely useless comment that adds nothing to the topic.
