Dear Ladies and Gentlemen from AffEurope,

since many months one of the biggest hacking on the internet is working very well for the criminal(s), because of a weakness of Askimet. In GPWA I posted a solution for victims, how they can remove the hack, and that it not so easy without knowledge.

Hundreds of thousands Wordpress websites are infected. The money will be generated by a casino top list. Many casino sponsors have banned the hacker and stopped working with him, because they don't want to be a part of serious crime.

To make a long story short. You can read all details here: http://www.gpwa.org/forum/urgent-al...casinos-com-serious-hacking-proof-219035.html

The case is crystal clear. It's a criminal act, and every casino, that continue the cooperation and remain on the list, is an accomplice after becoming aware of this crime.

Your brand City Club Casino is on the criminal list.

Sincerely yours

Leopold

Let's be clear here. AffEurope are good guys. I doubt they are perpetrating any sort of criminal behavior and this post makes it sound like they would. Please try to make it more clear in the future. thanks.

This hacker case is not a Kindergarten. We are talking about hundreds of thousands of websites, that will be abused by the criminal and a lot of casino money of criminal origin.

I did not say with one word, that AffEurope are no good guys and made it very clear in my post, because as every one can see, I wrote: "after becoming aware of this crime".

"after"!

A casino program can only help, if it is informed about the situation. I did that today with AffEurope. There is no reason to butter them up because the case is public since some weeks, and programs and also former programs on the list were informed by different people about the situation. I don't know, if AffEurope was informed too before today.

If not, then my post here is a help not to be any longer a part of a crime, which is the correct way of looking at it.

OMG!

Hundreds of thousands websites are hacked and infected by a criminal. The case is public worldwide since months.

For your information: In Germany a criminal like that will go into jail up to 10 years for it, and in other countries 25 and more years.

You only need to enter

?p=online casino

in your Google search box, and then you see all the victims, that have nothing to do with casinos, but all have Wordpress and Askimet and an evil code was injected into their system, with the result that over the hackers main domain yoosocial.com a casino list with also your brand are visible to the visitors, and each victim's website will be abused to load the criminal casino list into another victim's Wordpress, a domino effect. It's the same pattern as with the well known "Pharma Hack".

And "?p=online casino" is only one example of a search result of this criminal actions.

This is serious crime, and you can read all details here with all proofs you need:

http://www.gpwa.org/forum/urgent-al...casinos-com-serious-hacking-proof-219035.html

I will report there the existence of this thread.

---

"i just would like to know, is your program based in Israel?"

Yes, it is.

Leopold your right on the money, they are not exactly going out of their way on disclosing operating location. Anyway with all this affiliate hacking they don't seem to know about, that says it all for us. Maybe that cave does not have internet access!

Hi Ashley,

This issue has been ongoing at GPWA for a good while now. I emailed Sagi about it on the 30th of August (http://www.gpwa.org/forum/urgent-al...rious-hacking-proof-219035/p2.html#post765306) but received no response.

I like you guys - I found our meeting at LAC very encouraging and it's a shame that we couldn't work out the few issues I highlighted to get you better placement. That said you are still positively listed with ThePOGG.com. The evidence of this individual's activities is all readily available in the GPWA thread and several major programs - including Betfair and William Hill have already severed all ties with this individual (there are others that claim to have, but I couldn't call them to mind off the top of my head).

I'm going to be adding 'working with partner's engaged in illegal activities' to the reviews of any program that's still working with this individual at the end of this month (October). I'm really hoping that AffEurope aren't on that list.

All the best,

ThePOGG

ThePOGG - I like the upcoming addition to your sites of a section 'working with partner's engaged in illegal activities' this is a good trust level benchmark rating, sounds like readers will like this when choosing a reputable site to play at.

One thing that many of these programs don’t seem to have a good grasp of is the meaning of “integrity” saying they that they know nothing about this is just pure BS or possibly absolute incompetence. Either way it isn’t a good sign of how they do things in general. Last time I checked receiving stolen physical property (in most countries) is against the law, why should internet based theft be any different. Knowingly associating with hackers who send stolen traffic to your program is either acceptable to you or its not, why not just state what your position is? or we will just have to assume you are happy with people having their sites hacked & you reaping the traffic from these rogue affiliates? Short term gains = long term loss for your program IMHO..

Hi All,

First let me start off by saying thanks to these posts i have learnt a lot of new stuff working with my technical team the past few days.
Secondly we are still investigating this matter trying to find proof in Black and White that actual hacking occurred. Sure there is something sophisticated going on by this affiliate site but i think we need to be careful when using the word "hacking".

now if i may a few responses to the posts above before i get into my actual post.

Mr Pogg i truly believe you are one of the only affiliates in the business today who still works based on integrity and backs it up with his own money (he knows what i mean). You are a straight shooter but so am I so nothing written below is aimed at you.

Casinonewbie: Sorry for the late reply i was focused on verified casinos and missed your post...Yes our marketing team is based in Israel. What can we do to help?

And now for my post...I am not looking to stir the pot but unfortunately its going to happen anyway.
What is going on nowadays with these forums? If you do not promote me how you can you ask me to stop working with someone who is?
A few weeks/ months ago we were accused of not responding on forums cause our site had some down time. So much so that some affiliate/s suggested everyone should remove our links and stop promoting us. some of the sheep here jumped on the band wagon. I mean we are just innocent affiliates trying to help each other out against the the wolves (opearators). I also saw that someone said cause our site was hacked.

So lets see, operator site gets accused of being hacked = dont promote them not safe
Affiliate sites lose traffic due to another hacking accusation = operators dont promote this site we are being hacked.
AGD representatives is this site a one way channel or do people here actually argue on the operators behalf? I mean you are definitely the first to help out the operators and update them on all that is going on on your forum so we can defend ourselves. but where are the affiliates to cry fair game? I have heard over the last few days that apparently 5-6 affiliates are trying to copy verifiedcasinos methods. These by the way are people that are seeing the glass half full. They want in on the action and want to send mass traffic to sites. Isn't this why we all got in the business.
Now of course all this is backed up by me only if no actual hacking took place. As far as i see it. Google is the one you should all be contacting. cause if foul play was done this site would not be at the top for so long without being punished.

In the end of the day we all work in a very competitive and dynamic industry. We all need to earn money to survive. Yes we are currently still on the site along with some big names in the industry. If we do see what we believe is actual proof of hacking we will remove ourselves. This post has no intention of fueling the fire. I am simply saying stuff that a lot of the people in the industry think but are to afraid to say it as it will put them in the center of this thread.

If you don't promote us then dont judge us. If you do promote us and have issues on this subject then contact me directly and i will be happy to discuss this matter not on the forums. Who knows you might show me i am wrong. Either way the operators are not the police. Google is in this case. So please file your complaints with them.

All the best,

Ashley

Hey Ashley - I really appreciate your compliment and I understand what you're saying about requiring proof.

For that reason I've taken it upon myself to start contacting various websites that are turning up in the google. I figure the quickest and easiest way to confirm whether these pages were legitimately created by authorised individuals is to ask the website owners. I don't want to reveal the list of sites I've contact right now but I had a response in less than an hour of contact one of the sites;

Hello,

I’m contacting you today because I believe that your website has been hacked and I’m looking for you to verify whether the content placed on this page - http :// www .kerryhost. com/ arconics/cs-products/?p=online-casinos – was placed by an authorized individual or whether this content is the result of an unauthorized and illegal access of your servers?

I’d really appreciate it if you could take just a couple of moments to let me know whether you agreed to host this page as if you did not the casino partners listed on this page are working with a person engaged in illegal activity. As someone dedicated to ensuring that online casinos behave in a fair and transparent fashion, ensuring that they are not financially incentivising illegal or unethical activity is high on my list of priorities.

Thanks very much for your time and I look forward to hearing from you,

Hi [EDIT],Thanks for getting in touch. You are correct, this is illegal activity on my server.I made a demo wordpress products website for one of my clients and this
obviously has been compromised.I will now remove the entire WP site as I have no further use for it anyway.
Thanks again for the taking the time to let me know.

Regards,[EDIT].KerryHost

I don't think there can really be any questions regarding the legality of this activity when the owners of the site state clearly that these pages were not put up via legal means.

I'll be happy to forward on those emails if you wish (or screenshots/videos of the email if you wish to ensure they've not been doctored). Just drop me an email.

As much as I'd like to agree with you that google should be a lynch pin in this type of situation, the idea that it wouldn't rank if it wasn't legitimate - that would assume that google is infallible and always nails hackers perfectly. That's clearly not the case. It does have to fall to the casinos to ensure that they're not working with partners who are clearly engaged in illegal/unethical activities.

I'll post up responses if/when I receive them.

I want to register my disgust at the reply from Ashley and his (or her?) "money talks" attitude.

As for specifics:

I have heard over the last few days that apparently 5-6 affiliates are trying to copy verifiedcasinos methods. These by the way are people that are seeing the glass half full. They want in on the action and want to send mass traffic to sites. Isn't this why we all got in the business.

Let me translate that for you: This criminal affiliate is making a lot of money. Other greedy criminal affiliates want to make a lot of money too. The affiliate program will also make a lot of money. Isn't this why we all got in the business?

As far as i see it. Google is the one you should all be contacting. cause if foul play was done this site would not be at the top for so long without being punished.

I don't know if that last statement is based on naivety or you're deliberately trolling. In effect you're saying that you don't care what any affiliate does, so long as they bring you traffic. And if they do something wrong then the Google police will stop it. Thus abrogating you of all responsibility. What a gutless response.

In the end of the day we all work in a very competitive and dynamic industry. We all need to earn money to survive. Yes we are currently still on the site along with some big names in the industry. If we do see what we believe is actual proof of hacking we will remove ourselves.

You have been given more than ample proof both here and on the huge GPWA thread. You just don't want to see it as proof because all you care about is money.

This post has no intention of fueling the fire. I am simply saying stuff that a lot of the people in the industry think but are to afraid to say it as it will put them in the center of this thread.

Yes. This industry is full of people that value money above ethics. You admit that you are one of them. Thank you for the confirmation.

If you don't promote us then dont judge us.

Rubbish. Everyone is judged by their actions that they perform in public.

Either way the operators are not the police. Google is in this case. So please file your complaints with them.

Once again, rubbish. Your terms and conditions from you own program define fraud and mention several times that you will not accept traffic from illegal or fraudulent sources. Of course you're going to come back here and say that you have no proof that it is fraudulent. So I'm going to pre-emptively call you either wilfully naive or a liar.

The game you are playing here is obvious to me. String this out for as long as possible so the traffic keeps coming in and you keep making money. You might even decide in a week or two to cut off the affiliate in which case you make even more money because you don't have to pay the commission. Unless of course you were dumb enough to pay this criminal up front, in which case you'll keep the deal going until you make your money back. This is why there is so little incentive for dodgy affiliate programs like AffEurope to stop spammers, hackers, and those engaged in fraud. Its a win-win situation for them.

Despite this program's acceptance of fraud and hacking as a method of doing business with them, no-one should be sending players their way anyway. They run typical shitty Israel-based Playtech casinos that all seem to have criminal terms like this:

6.5.3 While there is NO LIMIT to the amount a Player can cash out in the casino, there is a maximum amount that can be Withdrawn in one time. For receiving any Withdrawal which is higher than $10,000, an amount of $10,000 will be paid to you once a month, upon your Withdrawal request, until the full amount of your Withdrawal is paid. The foregoing applies also to Withdrawals of progressive jackpots.

Affiliates should forget about AffEurope, there are far better affiliate programs that don't condone hacking and fraud from their affiliates. And even if they did not, the terms designed to rob progressive jackpot winners of their money should be enough to turn you off.
