AffClub have recently introduced new terms in their contract which will terminate affiliates automatically.

AffClub Rogue Terms

This is a retroactive term as it stands, which makes AffClub a Rogue program. Please do not sign up for AffClub and work to minimize exposure to their casinos if you are currently an affiliate.

Yes, they are the same and they will be listed Predatory here shortly. They are not listed as rogue, though, because they had this term in there the whole time - where AffClub just introduced it.
