I've tried contacting the poker team at Betfair multiple times in the last year. No response whatsoever. We used to have 2 people on Skype who would answer questions but alas, no more (I think they are no longer employed at Betfair).

Does anyone have the contact information of an active affiliate manager at BetFair that we could speak to?
