Tried to login but couldn't, received message that account was inactive.

Traffic seemed to turn off in May which is when their new platform launched. Was offered to open a new account but I have had traffic on that account for years and didn't appreciate that suggestion.

Anybody else not able to get into their Ace Revenue account?

Still trying to get this resolved with Cindy B. They have asked me to open a new account but I have previously referred affiliates and players on my account active up until April of this year, May it just disappeared.

They have sent me 2 new usernames claiming it is the same account but these accounts have zero clicks and just no activity at all.

Are any other affiliates experiencing similar behaviour?

Finally got it sorted but not happy that twice they created new accounts for me claiming they were the original accounts. New accounts had no stats at all, finally got access to the old account which shows traffic, players, referred affiliates and commissions.

Cindy B.

It was eventually sorted but not without having to resort to cutting them off if they didn't fix the situation. Although the situation was eventually fixed, it was not a pleasant experience and will make it challenging to recommend the program that I thought was trying to rebuild their reputation. Cindy tried to get me to open a new account but said no as my account was far from inactive. She created 2 new accounts for me claiming they were the original ones but they contained no income, traffic, players or sub affiliates at all. The account was only disabled in May.

The account was deactivated as it has had no activity for over one year. We would love to get back to working with you.

May I know how will you be advertising us? What is your URL?

I don't like the sound of this at all.

They should never "deactivate" an account, regardless of whether it's had activity in the last year. Everyone who has been in this business more than a few years knows that seemingly dormant players can and DO return many months later.

This issue, along with the other thread where they shorted an affiliate by $1,000 makes me wonder if they are slipping back to their old ways.

It was deactivated in May but claimed inactivity for a year and that statement itself from them is false. It felt like an attempt to wipe my account clean of both players are referred affiliates. The 2 new accounts created with similar user names but I was told they were the original account and just activated.

If you have more information on that other affiliates please share the link.
