need to add termination rule, always email affiliates with any changes and publish the admin fees.

Another quota:

3.4. If the amount of FTD is less than 5 within 3 months, the percentage of reward for Revenue Share is reduced by 50%. If after the percentage of reward is reduced, the amount of FTD is less than 5 within the next 3 months and remains below 5, the reward is no longer accrued.
