If within 3 (three) consecutive calendar months the Affiliate does not attract at least 3 (three) New users, the Company shall have the right (but is not obliged) to change the terms of cooperation with the Affiliate, including reducing the amount of fee to be received by the Affiliate, or suspend the operation of the Affiliate account in the Affiliate Program. In individual cases, the question of termination of the current Agreement with the Affiliate may be raised.

Like Enrico said, predatory and unfair but not unusual at all... thats why you gotta read TC when joining aff program, cause the devil is in the details.

To withdraw commissions generated from one active player, you simply need to refer two additional players, as the minimum payout threshold is three active players.

Yes, 888Starz is indeed considered predatory. They have ultimately been caught by this predatory term:
"The Affiliate acknowledges and agrees that payment of the Commission may be delayed upon the Affiliate’s failure to provide the Affiliate Programme with up-to-date data in accordance with this Agreement, and that the Programme is in no case liable to the Affiliate for any losses, costs or expenses directly or indirectly incurred by the Affiliate as a result of such delay."

In theory for sure. I do understand that three players rule. Its just to keep the cheaters away who are smart enough to setup both, aff and player account, to get some extra "cashback bonus" from its own gambling.

In example 1win requires 10 FTD and a min deposit quota to trigger the very first payment. Betwinner will see 3 active players/bettors PER WEEK to get your commission. No FTDs here but still ...

Unfortunately, half of India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Indonesia and the African continent is looking for some (extra) money and they give a shit on rules. As an operator you have the hard task to filter the honest but very small affiliates out of the scammers.

And thats why i dont promote those "888" "Starz" nonsense. They started out, trying to hijack known brand searches and combined both into a complete BS brand name nobody whould choose without those bad intend.
