Maybe I've missed something.... but my affiliate id only works for the 'old' version of the site. I didn't even know there was a 'new' version... but my affiliate ID doesn't work on it

I think you missed something... We don't have old/new versions of the site. Your affiliate ID never stopped working. Please contact me on MSN or Skype and we'll figure it out.

well, the problem is that 7red.com links to cherryaffiliates.com/7red-signup-page/, my login for 7redaffiliates.com doesn't work for cherryaffiliates.com

The first is the one that works for me... The second doesn't (and that is the one linked to from the homepage).

The first one doesn't appear to have any media on it... so no banners. The Second one I can't tell because my login doesn't work.

Hi,

We changed our official affiliate program but for the benefit of our existing affiliates we allow them to keep working with the old program.

Your old login details will not work with Cherry Affiliates. If you would like to work with the new program you need to sign up and change the referral links.

I think a lot of confusion would be resolved if affiliates were informed of changes, these moves are what makes us leary of affiliate programs... Are you cross marketing/promotion players off our old aff account to the Cherry one?

This change has been mentioned couple of times on our monthly newsletter.

We never encouraged affiliates to move between the systems. Each affiliate has different needs and I believe it is an advantage that they can choose which system fits them most.

Correct. They informed few times about possiblity of choosing new affiliate panel or working on old.
Im using old 7redaffiliates.com and everything working very good.
