1xBit Partners refusing to pay affiliate balance

1xBit Partners owes me mBTC 2,488.62 in earned commissions and is refusing to pay.

On March 27, I sent a payment request with a deadline of April 3. On March 30, they replied claiming I need 3 active players and that my last referred players joined in 2021:

Their own dashboard data for 2022-2023 proves this is false. 16 registrations, 3 new depositors, 34 active players, 6,025.49 mBTC in revenue:

I sent a detailed rebuttal citing their own data and their own terms. Section 7.3 only allows adjusting future cooperation terms, not confiscating earned commissions. Sections 7.1 and 8.1 govern how commissions are calculated and paid. Their response was "Please follow the instructions above." There were no instructions:

On April 3 I sent a final notice. Their reply: "You have received all the comprehensive information. Please follow the instructions." Still no instructions. Still no points addressed:

Meanwhile, their live dashboard right now shows my balance as available for withdrawal:

Their system says they owe me. Their data disproves their only excuse. Their terms don't support what they're doing. Three rounds of emails and they haven't addressed a single point.

This comes as no surprise; it's one of the companies with the most reported scams. I promoted them too, and they blocked my account just for complaining that they hadn't sent my payment. My manager was a guy named Alex Asia—a scammer.

1. Breach of Confidentiality (Section 6)
According to Clauses 6.1 and 6.2 of our Agreement, all information regarding operations within the Affiliate Program—including earnings and commission data—is strictly confidential. By posting screenshots of your personal dashboard on third-party forums without the Company’s prior written consent, you are in direct breach of your non-disclosure obligations.
Please be reminded that under Clause 6.3, the Company reserves the right to unilaterally terminate the Agreement and apply penalties for such violations in accordance with applicable confidentiality laws.

2. Payment Terms and Account Activity
Regarding the core of your inquiry, we would like to clarify the facts:

Activity Requirement: To be eligible for payments, an affiliate must maintain a minimum of 3 active players within the current 3-month period. This is a standard requirement to maintain "Active Partner" status.

Lack of Traffic: According to our system records, your account has not generated any new registrations or meaningful activity since 2023.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS (Clause 7.3): In accordance with Clause 7.3 of the Agreement, the Company reserves the right to amend the terms of cooperation or suspend the partnership in the event of a lack of performance/results.

3. Current Status
Despite the lack of activity for several years and the recent breach of the confidentiality section, we remain open to continuing our partnership. This is evidenced by the fact that your dashboard remains active and commissions continue to be credited to your balance—even though there has been no active work on your part for a long time.

We invite you to return to active cooperation. As soon as your traffic meets the minimum requirements, we will be ready to discuss further steps regarding the new traffic.

1. Confidentiality I posted my own earnings data with my Affiliate ID redacted in order to support a legitimate payment dispute. This is standard practice on affiliate forums and is not a disclosure of your business operations or trade secrets. Using a confidentiality clause to threaten an affiliate who is publicly asking to be paid is not a good look.

2. "No activity since 2023" is false, again. You said the same thing in your email ("last players joined in 2021") and I proved it wrong with your own data. Now you're saying "no meaningful activity since 2023." Your own dashboard shows:

2024: 19 active players, 17 accounts with deposits, 1,811.10 mBTC revenue, 390.56 mBTC commission
2025: 18 active players, 16 accounts with deposits, 1,603.12 mBTC revenue, 345.24 mBTC commission

I can share full screenshots with @MissExposé privately if needed. My balance is still growing weekly because my referred players are still active on your platform right now.

3. Section 7.3 does not support your position. I addressed this in my email and you never responded to it. Section 7.3 allows adjusting future cooperation terms. It does not authorize withholding earned commissions. You have not cited a single clause that gives you the right to keep money your system has already calculated and credited to my account.

4. "Return to active cooperation" You are asking me to send you more traffic before you pay what you already owe me. That is not in your terms. Commissions were earned, calculated by your platform, and credited to my balance. Payment is governed by Sections 7.1 and 8.1. There is no clause that conditions payment of earned commissions on future performance.

My balance currently stands at mBTC 2,519.94 and continues to grow. I am requesting full payment.
