According to the terms of the agreement between our company and Megapartners, all affiliate commissions up to and including August 2024 were paid to partners by Megapartners.
Following the completion of the deal, the Betsomnia brand began operating under our affiliate program — Rockstar Partners. As part of the agreement, we received an "empty" player database, as the technical transfer of player data from one platform to another was not possible. This limitation was both technical and legal, and was clearly established in advance as part of the deal.
We anticipated that such questions might arise, which is why Megapartners was responsible for informing partners of the transition details and for ensuring that all due commissions were paid prior to the brand’s migration to our platform. These were the agreed-upon terms.
If you believe your rights have been violated or if our explanation does not satisfy your concerns, we are open to a professional dialogue and welcome the opportunity to jointly explore possible solutions or alternatives.
At the same time, we would like to emphasize that the dissemination of unsubstantiated claims that may harm our business reputation could lead to legal consequences.

What's more, an email was sent to previously recommended players so that they could continue playing - i.e. register... but this was outside the affiliate system, i.e. we (partners) lost our players.

Since our commission has not been paid and the casino is still operating, we feel cheated.
