It's not my place to opine on affiliate concerns but I think it's okay to admit a level of surprise that allegations of this nature which can be proven with evidence - and which the Rich Clicks rep clearly has NO interest in even getting involved let alone attempting to counter any of it....[the wide berth he has given the only active thread in his sub-forum is an impressive strategic tactic, I have to concede that much...]...doesn't have somewhat predictable outcomes. But I stress I appreciate there are likely more important issues hogging the spotlight - and if Ryan was in here presenting counter-arguments or justifying his historical statements etc - obviously nothing could [or should] be done until the truth is determined. But I would think Ryan's flat refusal to even participate is conceding the facts are as I [and the evidence] show them to be....? but I appreciate I am inexperienced in the complexities of these things....

I'm not here to proffer my unsolicited opinion, that just seems to happen when my fingers hit a keyboard. I actually came to post a tiny update with a Hastings rep [who genuinely seemed - concerned - I think is the right word] and I think he might actually put a little bit on pressure on 1Club after our conversation last night which began with him asking why I was refusing to give 1Club my bank details [obviously nonsense from 1Club, not the first from that party ] and I responded with this rant whilst I grinded my teeth down a few [more] millimetres...

1clubsteals22000summary.jpg

But rather than react how I guess I expected him to react at my mini-outburst [totally justified, of course] - he was hella sympathetic and calmed me down when he could so so easily have sent me off the cliff with just a *hint* of disapproval at my tone...I like this new mediator. I don't think anything will come of it, but at least it will be more pleasant [as we could be 'working' together for a decade or two at this rate, I feel a good working relationship is important to establish from the outset].

I hate to beat a live horse [that should be dead] and I realise this is AffiliateGD not PlayerGD, but I wonder how affiliates feel about the fact that I can present evidence that they stole $2000 from my account, and are currently stealing $22,000. I mean, casinos who steal from players are going to steal from affiliates also - at some point. The nature of their brazen behaviour does not lead one to believe they have a moral code which allows them to treat affiliates fairly whilst not paying players.

Yep, they haven't paid a cent since their last payment in May I think? So much for 1k / month. Sorry, 600/month [400 in "processing fees"]. Really 0.00 / month. Of course.

I mean, this thread was almost a year ago...

Ryan, as I just explained to you in an email I just sent you about a player at another very popular forum that had just questioned me as to why I was still promoting "One Club Casino"....I want to know from you why in the hell your affiliates were never notified that when you changed processors from Park Lane to Saturn that you now have in your terms and conditions page the clause that states that players may only cash out $1,000 per month??

Are you guys totally insane over there at "One Club Casino" Ryan?? or is "One Club Casino" really that well underfunded??

Had I of known this ludicrous term was in your T's & C's sooner, I damn sure would not have been promoting your "One Club Casino" on my website. This term was not there when Park Lane Services was handling the processing...WTF Ryan??

This tops it all, this has to be right in line with all of the ROGUE Casinos out there. I am ashamed to say that I have been promoting your "One Club Casino" with this asinine term in place. Jeeze us krist!!

I bet you guys don't limit the amount a player can deposit though do you??

They will respond in a 'reasonable amount of time' as usual :) No worries here, I'm sure Ryan will be along to take care of the issue.. let's give him some time to research this.

Is a year long enough for 'research'? If it is, why hasn't he been around to report on his findings...

Oh, my bad. He already 'did'. Respond. And take care of the issue. In his own way, I guess.

Hi Rob,

Both of these points you've pointed out (15x WR & $1000 min w/d) were added at the same time to deter fraudulent activity and to protect the first item in our important announcement:

We are very pleased with the results since the update however; these processing solutions must maintain low chargeback rates to remain effective. As I mentioned to you in an email earlier, we do process greater withdrawals to our customers, but management decided to take an aggressive stand up front to deter any activity that would put these new solutions at risk. That said, we also recognize that taking this approach can influence the effectiveness of our affiliate’s marketing efforts and we have decided to remove minimum withdrawal amount along with the WR.

Thank you for expressing your concern... I can understand how this caught you off guard however, I am always here to work with you.
Best
Ryan

Hi Ryan, couple questions if I may?

1. Deter fraudulent activity? I can provide proof that your casino stole 2000 from my account in an attempt to hijack my 24000 balance with a 130,000 slots only wagering restriction by way of 'compromise'. I can provide proof that your brand is currently stealing $22,000. May I ask what fraudulent activity is being deterred?

2. You mention you have to resort to such nonsense to "maintain low chargeback rates". May I remind you that I used CC to make ALL [or the vast majority] of my deposits. If that $ is stolen, what effect do you think that might have on those low chargeback rates?

3. You claim management processes greater withdrawals than 1000/month to customers. Considering that you're currently processing 0/month to this customer, can I ask you if you've EVER actually processed more than 1k/month to a customer? Can I ask you if you've EVER actually processed 1k/month to a customer? I've certainly never had that experience.

4. Are you really always here to work? I can't help but notice your deafening silence in response to allegations [supported by evidence] that really probably don't get more serious, I would think?

Hi Rob,
There is no set deposit or withdrawal limits. The casino manages players based on a wide range of variables including payment methods used, player class, account history, and many others. Standard procedure for the casino to issue players' withdraw requests of any amount is the typical Faxback form which includes photo ID and utility bill. Once that is on file, the process is simple with no formal requirements.

Hope that helps.

Best
Ryan

Well it would have helped if it were not a provable lie. But I'm interested in those variables. I mean, 1,000,000 wagering on Slots alone over a relatively short period of time, burning a balance of $58,000 to 0.00 with no bonus play involved, zero chargebacks [obviously], faxback form submitted along with all IDs - TWICE, being told I'm VIP [like I was unsure if my wagering and deposit history made my account so] by the manager, and so on and so on.

When you say "process is simple with no formal requirements", do you mean it's simple for you in the sense that you simply won't pay such a player? And the formal requirement of $1000/m turns into a very informal $0/month? I suspect that you do.

Hi Scuter,

I sent you a PM/email to discuss how I can help.

Thanks
Ryan

You'll forgive me for removing my thanks to your 6 week old claim of being able to help. What with zero help arriving, and just more of my time wasted since then, and - of course - no $ paid whatsoever since.

Really...?

I mean, I'd become an affiliate to catch them out but I fear my application won't be approved by Rich Clicks. Then the whole not wanting to promote casinos that steal $22,000 from players thing....would probably present some some complications with...promoting them. ??? I mean, I would hope so....

Sorry I have been 'admittedly' absent guys. Been a long couple of months for many reasons. Regardless of that:

Rich Clicks, due to this issue and the irrefutable proof of outright theft and dishonesty - will be Rogued at AGD. Included in this Rogue will be rogue statements for ALL of their properties because AGD's SEO is second to none and will rise to the top of the SERPS.

Sorry for the delay on this and the short delay while Scuter, Rob, Pinnababy, and others PM me with the details below - which I will require prior to the Roguing:

Scuter, Rob, Pinnababy - Please provide me (via PM) with all email contacts. I will ensure that the rogue threads auto-contact all individuals so they are very aware of the nature of the roguing and the effect it will have on their search engine results.

Thank you and sorry for the delay!

SphereGaming [1Club] just launched a new RTG Neros Casino which is spamming emails all over the place.

Pretty exceptional work from Hastings to setup yet another brand for 1Club.

They are a wonderful mediation service.

I genuinely think any RTG who puts the CDS Badge on their homepage should feel the wrath of this industry.

I crack myself up sometimes.

Will be starting Monday on this... Sorry for the lateness, had a kid to the emergency room with super-high fever (still very high) and now it's my bday weekend.

Next week we will launch a full campaign against these jokers.
