Hey there,
I've run contests in the past and see that programs still do from time to time. When I did, I normally made it a competition against individual past numbers and earnings, instead of against other affiliates.
But I need to ask:
1. Do contests make you promote a brand more?
2. If you are a smaller to medium sized affiliate, do you feel like it's not worth it with larger affiliates in the mix?
3. If they motivate you, what kinds of contests work best for you?
Affiliate managers from other programs are welcome to respond, but don't give away any secrets unless you want to.
Thanks and I hope to see some feedback.
