Hi All,
We are currently encountering difficulties with an affiliate that was advised that his CPA commission was deducted due to fraudulent activities.
This affiliate has been advised personally and is now trying to threaten the Affiliate program, to receive his payment.
Therefore we would like all our current and future Affiliates to note that every month, before we close the month and calculate Affiliate commissions, all players that have triggered CPA for affiliates go through a verification process done by our security team. We then email our affiliates to let them know which players did not pass through security checks.
As much as we understand that Affiliate work is a very difficult work, we also know by experience that good Affiliates like working with transparent programs that follow up their players and advise them about any problem they may find. We do believe that our affiliates want to know about fraudulent players activity as they want to earn their monthly money in an honest manner, and those kind of players are a disruption for anyone in this business.
We hope this clarifies anything anyone may have read around, and remain at the disposal of everyone that requires further info on the matter or any other information about our affiliate program.
