Not sure if anyone is able to assist here, but our team promoted Zolobet in April and we earned around €1300.
Our first Affiliate manager left at the beginning of May, and it took until June to be assigned a new manager. We passed them an invoice immediately and were told "it is pending", "You'll receive it soon", "The person I need to speak with hasn't been in the office for a while" since then when we have asked for an update.
Then recently that manager has left and we are now back to square one - no assigned manager, the contact details he left us for his direct report get no response to our messages across email and Teams.
