Wolf pack partners (Slotwolf affiliates) don't pay earnings

Hello guys!
On May we brought 5 new depositors (and only 1 of them made second deposit)
When payday came, wolf pack partners canceled my commissions telling me :

Just wanted to write to you
We need to stop our campaign if it's still live
And I need to inform you that the commission for May won't be paid out
Due to our terms & conditions if more than 50% players do not make second time deposit we can't consider that traffic legitimate
and we are not obligated to pay for this traffic"

When I asked to show this terms on affiliate website, they didn't respond to this.
Per more than 10 years of gambling business first time hearing that terms.

Is it normal?
They must to be move to rogue affiliates section.

We never had any problems with them. We send approx 10 FTDs per month. Do you have a CPA deal with them?

Yes, they came to me with cpa proposal.
So they found me, not I...

Hello, Affiliate Guard Dog Forum!We respect all the affiliates we work with and we always try have mutually beneficial collaboration.
I will give you a short description here (all the needed proofs / screenshots were provided to the forum representative):

• 700+ visits
• 7 regs
• 4 FTDs
• Visit-to-reg and reg-to FTD CR doesn’t match at all, what gave us the first guess.
• All the players do have the same play & deposit patterns.
• According to our T&C we have such a point that “if 50% of your NRCs haven’t made a second deposit during the month we can call is as motivated traffic”. Of course, every time before that we try to convert with our Retention Department, but in that particular scenario - there was no activity from the players.
• We have 100 FSs on our FDB. ALL (!) the players haven’t even activated them. They have just logged in - spent the money - gone.
• We have already had a collaboration with that affiliate on the other Brand and the funds were successfully paid out to him (even though the pattern was exactly the same).

I think that these points can shed some light on the events that are mentioned by affiliate and I believe that forum members will bring their own conclusion. There is no operator trying to have a bad reputation between affiliates because it’s a highway to casino’s closure. We are well known on the market and working successfully with some of the most recognizable affiliates and our interest is in maintaining our reputation and nurturing good partner relationships.Sincerely Yours,
