Withheld September commissions: whole month labeled “fraud” without evidence, then no replies

Background
I run a bonus comparison site. In September I placed four of their brands (Casinia, Spinit, Bassbet and Betscore) in the top positions of my site for the entire month. These are the spots that bring the most traffic. I was on [CPA at EUR X per FTD], and I had to deal with three different affiliate managers within a short period of time.

What happened

• After the month ended, I was told all of my September traffic was “marked as fraud” and my commission would be deducted under their T&C.
• I was also told I could continue only on revenue share.
• I asked in writing for (1) the specific accounts, (2) the evidence, (3) the exact clause allowing the deduction, and (4) which commissions are payable or disputed, with amounts.
• I got no answer to any of these. The latest manager only stated that the commissions would not be paid, and has not replied to any message since. I’ve followed up several times.

Why I’m posting
I’m not claiming that every player was perfect. Welcome-offer claims and fast deposits are normal for a site built around bonus comparison, and I can’t see KYC, device data or player activity, or block anyone. The brands can. I’m happy to review any specific account they can substantiate, but withholding the whole month’s commission with no named accounts, no evidence, and no contract clause isn’t something I can verify or respond to.

Has anyone had a similar experience with this program, or with how they handle fraud flags? Has anyone received evidence or a clause reference from them? I’d also welcome a response from the program itself.
