Welcome Bonus - Do they have one or not?

After seeing BetWize certified here, I signed-up and started promoting them.

But within a couple of days I got an e-mail from a very irate player who felt conned that he didn't get the 100% bonus which is advertised on their banners on my site.
When I checked the BetWize website I also could find no mention of a sign-up bonus!

Furthermore, I sent Conrad a PM about it - and got no reply

So what's going on here - do they offer a SUB or not?
And where's Conrad?

I'm do apologies for not getting back but I never received any email from AGD that I had received a PM. We do offer bonuses, and we are in the process of swapping out old offers with new ones. A banners swap was meant to be done for the time being, until our new offers went live.

I will look into the banner swap immediately.
