Webpartners scammed me and didn't pay me $106,000

At that time, Webpartners deemed my traffic to be fraudulent, and according to other webmasters, Webpartners began calling me a "hacker" and a "scammer."

I am creating this thread to defend my professional reputation and prove that my traffic is not fraudulent. I would also like to request payment of the money I earned.

Since 2023, I have been working continuously in the field of casino affiliate marketing and have built a track record of collaboration with more than 20 affiliate programs.
I am prepared to provide evidence that my traffic is entirely legitimate and does not violate the rules of affiliate programs (including Webpartners). I assume that some affiliate programs may be able to provide a description of our partnership. Some of these programs are certified on this forum.

Recently, I contacted the manager "TJ Webpartners" on Skype to negotiate a payment of a revenue share from players and resolve our issues in a private conversation, but then he stopped responding.

Please, TJ, give me please your attention and read my explanation of the situation:

When we discussed the terms of our work, you knew my source, my approach, and my ads. You knew that I was spending money to buy traffic. The terms were agreed upon and did not violate the rules of your affiliate program.

Over a relatively short period of time, I referred more than 530 players to your brands. There were over 5,700 registrations. I know that, overall, this was a fairly active, playing traffic. My job as a media buyer and affiliate is to purchase traffic under agreed-upon terms. This is a small part of the entire process of a player’s interaction with the casino. I sent you real players so that you could continue working with them.

Assuming that so-called "fraud" did occur on the part of one or more casino players, how can I exercise control over this aspect of our agreement? When purchasing traffic from an "objective" source and competing with thousands of affiliates, my direct responsibility lies solely in the quality of the traffic delivered as a whole, but in no way for the behavior of individual players.

The volume of traffic sent to you wasn't unusual or excessive for me. Your team hadn't had a chance to get to know me better as an affiliate, so that amount of traffic might have seemed strange to you. I was initially hoping for a long-term relationship, but things turned out the way they did.
Do you think that if I were a scammer, I would have been able to stay in the market this long, delivering consistent results every month and receiving regular payouts?

I started working with your affiliate program because I trusted you personally and your brand, which had a good reputation; I spent my own money on buying traffic and had no intention of harming your brand. I have sent you high-quality traffic to the best of my ability, and I expect fair compensation for my work.

I understand your team’s position; their conclusions were based on the rules. In my view, your team was overly strict with me when making the decision mentioned above. I ask that you review my case on an individual basis, taking into account all the information provided.
