Up to July 1, 2025: There was NO inactivity quota. Their terms explicitly guaranteed 25-35% revenue share "for the life of the customer." Proof (not allowed to post a full link): web.archive.org/web/20250701195347/https://www.webpartners.co/terms-conditions/

By August 1, 2025: They quietly slipped in clause 4.12. Now, if you don't bring in 10 new players every 6 months, your share is slashed to a punishing 10%. Proof: web.archive.org/web/20250801194723/https://www.webpartners.co/terms-conditions/

They are taking terms written in August 2025 and applying them retroactively to affiliates who brought them players under the original "lifetime" agreement. Not sure this affiliate program belongs under 'Certified Affiliate Programs'?

Unfortunetely common practice ... but actually not a big headache. One of the best and good converting US offshore bookies.

Hmm, interesting. So, if it doesn't affect you personally, that means they are still the 'best' and 'high-converting'? They haven't converted for sh1t for me personally. The traffic I was able to generate in 2019 obviously doesn't exist in 2026. Times have changed. Actually, they kind of were the best for many years, agree 100%, but that is not the case anymore. They suck. I mean, BUSR even has a link on their front page right now inviting you to bet on the 2024 U.S. Presidential Election odds (busr.ag/us-presidential-election). Anyways, off-topic... What if you need to bring in 50 players in 3 months? Are they still the best? What if you need to bring in 100 players? Any other hot takes?

Ofc it affects my business. But, and that was my only take, it became normal. RevenueNetwork does not accept players from more and more states. Wagernetwork split couple casinos away so you need to fullfil quotas twice. About the Bet365 with millions of lost commission for thousends of affiliates, we do not need to talk about. Sorry to hear that your traffic turns shit too but world is changing, business to. And ofc, if the operator is beneficial for me (still and over last 7/8 years it was), i would send 50 FTD per 3 months.

Yes, it's just business and our hands are mostly tied. There won't be any class actions, but affiliates still need to know exactly who they’re dealing with. Fair points. But I’m pretty sure if you personally had your revenue share retroactively 'updated' to a measly 10%, you wouldn't just sit there singing Kumbaya while they picked your pockets.

I’m not surprised at all… it just goes to show that this programme must really be in financial trouble… They want to boost their results at their partners’ expense… That’s not the way to go about it… A penny saved is a penny earned.

It was the same with Unibet, Betsson, Comon, Casumo, and many others… And as for how they ended up or are ending up... you can see for yourselves. They’ll either go bust or come begging for traffic... but then you’ve got to give them the middle finger.... unless, of course, they pay compensation for lost revenue.

Several other programs have been labelled predatory on the basis of the same terms. They were certified in 2018, so the fact that they still have their status just means that nobody has mentioned or complained about the changes.

I agree with your suggestion that their certified status needs to be updated.

Ofc but that wouldnt make a situation other than worse!

But one honest question for you!
You follow or consider recommendations of one surely biased source?
I mean, AGD can be helpful, but its still a business and not an unbiased source for information.

How does moving them to a different subforum and losing a couple of checkmarks worsen the situation?

I work with some 'predatory' programs and don't have any complaints; regarding those terms, at least. It just signals that I need to look into it more.

Quotas especially bug me, and I don't know how lenient or biased AGD can be with those. But the programs with them in the terms and conditions are not certified, at least as far as I've seen.

Dude, what are you saying? That I'm lying? The GPWA thread, where you also actively participated, has proof that the terms were changed sometime in 2025 (are Wayback Machine links biased now?). Webpartners themselves admitted it was true. They changed the terms RETROACTIVELY because not enough players were brought in by my account. Did I create those Wayback Machine links out of thin air? Did I just pretend to be a Webpartners representative on three different accounts spewing bs?

You have obviously chosen a side already. I guess the real question is why. What are you trying to do here? Just show everyone how awesome you are?

GOOD FOR YOU BUDDY *PAT-PAT-PAT* 50 ACCOUNTS IN 6 MONTHS IS AWESOME!
