I am reporting Good Affiliates (Axe Casino) for refusing to honor a valid CPA agreement. They have paid only €600 out of €2,400 owed for 12 FTDs (€200 CPA). When confronted with evidence of redeposits, the representative (Konstantin) became hostile, threatened me, and refused to escalate the issue. I have full screenshots of the conversation and stats.
1.We had a standard CPA agreement of €200 per FTD.
2.According to their own stats, I generated 12 FTDs (6 from AXE_FB_DE and 6 from AXE_FB_CA), totaling €2,400 in commission.
3.Payment received only €600 was paid.
- Contact (Konstantin) He claimed there were "zero redeposits" and that all players were "one-time crypto depositors." He also claimed they had already paid €1,200 (which was a lie; they paid €600).
- My response - I pointed out that the stats show multiple redeposits and that the payment was €600, not €1,200. I explained that under a CPA model, player retention is the operator's risk, not the affiliate's.
- Konstantin then admitted: "Regarding redeposits, yes, there were some... so we are talking about only 3 additional deposits." He then argued that the total deposits (€366.73) were lower than the CPA cost, so they don't want to pay.
- When I insisted on the contractual payment, Konstantin stated: "I think it would be nice to stop conversation from here... My job is done, and I can't help you here anymore." He then made sarcastic remarks like "Say thank you that we have paid you 600 EUR for poor traffic."
- The representative resorted to personal threats, including a veiled threat to meet in person at a conference ("I'd love to meet you in person and have a chat"). This is completely unacceptable behavior for a professional affiliate program and crosses a serious line.
