Hi AGD Community,
I am writing to warn fellow affiliates about unethical practices and contract breach by Affilirise (managing brands like Spinrollz).
If you work with them on RevShare, be careful: even with written individual agreements, they will hide reporting columns and cut your active player base the moment new traffic pauses.

About 1.5 years ago, we partnered with Affilirise across multiple accounts. Because we bring high-LTV VIP players through SEO and targeted sources, we explicitly agreed on:
  1. Lifetime Revenue Share.
  2. Waiver of standard T&C inactivity clauses (which reduce/remove RS after 3 months of no FTDs).
Under this deal, our players brought over €27,000+ in commission in 2026 on one account.
2026 Earnings ~€27k

The Chronology of the Scam

  • 1. Threats & Reassurance: When traffic paused during funnel rebuilds, manager Elly threatened to apply T&C cuts. We reminded her of our custom deal; she backtracked and explicitly confirmed our RevShare was protected.

  • 2. Hiding Core Metrics: On Aug 26, 2026, they unilaterally removed Deposit and NGR columns from our dashboard, citing a "new internal rule for accounts under 250 FTDs/month".

  • 3. Zeroing Out Earnings: Right after stats were hidden, September revenue vanished:
    • Account 1: Dropped from €3,000–€4,000/mo to €0.00 (1st screenshot in the topic).
    • Account 2: Dropped from €4,000–€5,000/mo to €100.84. Long-term active VIPs do not all stop playing on the exact same day.

  • 4. Dodging Questions & T&C Excuses: When asked where our commission went, Elly ignored the question, demanded new traffic, and hid behind standard website rules: "Everything is being done legally according to our T&C's."
Elly dodging questions & citing T&Cs

Conclusion

We have never seen a program openly shave an active VIP base so blatantly after explicitly agreeing to individual lifetime terms.
  1. Individual deals mean nothing to Affilirise: They use standard T&C loopholes whenever convenient.
  2. Black Box Reporting: Hiding Deposit/NGR metrics gives them full cover to shave your passive earnings.
We have completely stopped working with their brands. Consider this a warning before sending them your traffic.

Apologies, it looks like the stats screenshot failed to upload in the original post. Re-attaching it here for full context:

The first screenshot states a push to six or seven months instead of three. Do you have a screenshot of the initial promise for a full waiver?
Unfortunately, I lost those initial chats from 1.5 years ago when my old Telegram account was deleted.

That said, if you check Screenshots #2 and #3, when I reminded Elly about our custom deal, she didn't deny it at all — she backtracked, said "all is good," and agreed to leave our setup untouched.

But honestly, the bigger issue isn't even the timeline. It's that they hid Deposit/NGR columns and immediately zeroed out earnings from active VIPs who brought good numbers of the commission this year.

That's unfortunate.

If it was agreed upon, all these comments about putting themselves on the line, and all these statements that they're doing you a favor by granting something they agreed to beforehand, just show how bad they are.

They are already marked as predatory for these terms. This should have been posted to the sub-forum, maybe the mods can move it there: https://www.affiliateguarddog.com/community/forums/affilirise-affiliates.1327/

But it's good to know that they are also applying terms (or "internal rules") retroactively (with the 250 FTD requirement for stats — it's a joke) and that they apparently don't honor agreements.

It would be interesting to see if they would like to comment on this publicly.

Spot on. Honestly, we’d still be glad to update this thread to "Resolved" if management comes to their senses and restores our original setup and stat visibility.

Their player retention is actually really strong, which is why we wanted to build a long-term partnership in the first place. But behavior like this breaks all trust and makes clean, transparent work impossible.

Appreciate the support — I'll ask the mods to move the thread to that section.

Hi all,
Affilirise has informed us that its agreement with the affiliate Spinsam777 / goodfella262 began in March 2025 and was governed by the Affilirise Terms and Conditions.
According to the program, the affiliate was reminded on several occasions that new players needed to continue being referred in order for the existing revenue share commissions to remain unchanged. Affilirise states that the affiliate agreed to continue sending new traffic, but no additional players were referred.
The program also says that the affiliate continued receiving commissions for an extended period of approximately one year despite not meeting this requirement.
Based on this, Affilirise maintains that it acted in accordance with its Terms and Conditions when applying the relevant changes to the account.
We are posting their response here so that both sides of the complaint are represented in the thread.

Thanks for getting their reply and posting it here.

Honestly, hiding behind T&Cs doesn't change the main point: when a program agrees to Lifetime RevShare, "lifetime" literally means lifetime. It doesn't mean "lifetime until we secretly demand 250 FTDs a month or pull standard T&C clauses on you."

But even putting that aside, their response completely ignores the actual issue:
  1. Hiding Deposit & NGR columns isn't anywhere in the T&Cs—it was an unannounced internal rule.
  2. Active VIPs don't just vanish overnight. Our players brought over €70k NGR this year, and our income went from €7k–€8k/month to €0 on the exact day they hid our reporting.
We aren't asking for handouts—we're asking for basic stat transparency and for our agreed lifetime terms to be respected. If Affilirise restores our column access and clears up the stats, we're still open to updating this thread to Resolved and moving forward.

Also, worth adding—management hasn’t reached out to us directly at all since this thread went live. No attempt to clarify where the stats went or to resolve the dispute behind the scenes. Actions speak louder than words.

'Lifetime' refers to the lifetime of the account.

So, never take AM promises at face value because they will gladly enforce the terms.

What was the reasoning behind having multiple accounts? It looks like they won't even give you the benefit of counting that activity together.

The program also says that the affiliate continued receiving commissions for an extended period of approximately one year despite not meeting this requirement.

From the two screenshots (combined), 5 months at best.

Oh, yes — they completely made up that "1 year" figure to look generous.

As for the separate accounts, our team structure changed over time, so we needed them to split revenue internally. Getting the same conditions was a nightmare because Affilirise rigidly insisted on "one account = one setup", which was total nonsense..

Appreciate you seeing right through their reply
