Ok
So I received an email on the 12th - Payment processed - There was an additional amount that was left 'Due' in the cashier.
Sent an email same day (12th) to the AM querying why it was only processed partially. No response. Emailed again on the 23rd - No response. Went onto the website, left a message - no response.
Emailed again today - received a reply from another AM (Apparently my AM is on sick leave since the 12th?)
So - the payment that I received an email about is apparently invalid (not the correct amount). The amount I am seeing still due is apparently the CORRECT amount (about 50% less)
Its a small amount nonetheless (Some of the biggest players I referred there left excluded due to their 'New and Improved' bad reward system)
So a few things here:
1. AM claimed there was a GLITCH on the system and commissions were calculated incorrectly.
2. Payments for June and July will only be paid from August 7th...
3. Has anyone received their wire?
4. Did Videoslots inform anyone about this 'Glitch' they picked up and recalculated almost 7 days ago. (I did ask the AM BTW and she said: 'We did not realise there was a problem until the emails had gone out' - so 13 days ago)
I asked the AM how do I know that I was correctly paid in the previous months - I'm yet to hear back from her.
I'm holding thumbs that they will say to me that a glitch caused them to underpay me... but we all know that will never happen.
And judging by the way my luck goes, they will probably tell me they overpaid me on the paltry earnings I make there and set my account to a negative to recoup losses
.... oh and also shut my account for informing you.
