I would like to address this problem to the forum: we have been successfully cooperating with these companies for two years but we had an identical situation in both chats. At the end of December, our manager wrote that he was leaving and had not left a single contact. On both platforms, we have payouts that have not been completed. How can we contact the managers or who can tell us the actual contact details of the managers, because none of my messages have been read in any account found in Tems/Telegram

Hello everyone! I'm writing an update, with the C-level of TWP, we managed to close all the debts, which I cannot say about Ultrapartners.

Same issue here with Ultrapartners, no one is responding and looks like tracking stopped for our traffic. Anyone with the same issues?

I have been 20 euros short of a payout for 3 years , we pulled them due to no response .We only signed up because 'Rick' from Affactive was working there and he convinced us to sign up.He has not been there 3-4 years or longer now .

Hello! We have a similar case with Ultrapartners&TWP. At the beginning of 2026 the representatives of TWP confirmed the payment of TWP debts for the traffic of 2024 and paid 10% of the sum in February. Since then, they several times recalculated the debt, confirmed the sum, told the deadline for the payment (the last one was June 2026). Currently, the manager is only saying that he is not responsible for the payment and he pushes the team on that with no other comments.
May you pls share someone to contact to discuss the situation?

This ain't it tbh! Then what the point of being the manager?! I suspect it is a sly tactic to frustrate you till you let it go! I wouldn't put it past them. We are already at the tail end of the year.
