UGAffiliates - no reaction, no payment - UNRESOLVED

Hello!

Unfortunately ugaffiliates (Universalslots and others) is not paying our outstanding invoices since January.

We sent the invoice several times via E-Mail. Absolutely 0 reaction.

Every couple of weeks we are getting a short answer from Carlos (contact person from ugaffiliates). But he is not saying anything about the invoices. Only "hey, sorry, how are you" or something like this. Even we answer within a minute of this message he is not responding again for a week or so.

Our last try was 2 days ago. Again we asked what about the payments and how we proceed here and so on. Carlos read the message again - but again - no response.

Actually very sad. Because last year, when they had a third party affiliate manager, everything was ok. And the brands are also good in my opinion.

However.. maybe AGD can contact him or has maybe another contact there.

Thank you. Just got a message from Carlos via Skype.

Same as always. He is replying after several days. Excuses his late response and that's it. No reaction to my question about the open payments. Of course I replied instantly. But no reaction again.

It's so disgusting..

still not.

There was still a delay. Then the new month. So we agreed to send a new invoice with the current earnings added to the open commissions. Until today still unpaid. But Carlos is responding more now at least.. Looking forward to get the payment finally next week.

All payments received now.

Summarize:
Not the smoothest way to get the payments. But when you send your invoice directly to Carlos via Skype you should get it within 1-2 weeks.
