As advised on the other affiliate forum, the company has decided to change the Gross to Net Formula. Previously it was based on Amount wagered minus Payouts minus bonuses minus chargebacks, if any, minus Admin and processing fees.
The formula the company wants to apply is bets minus wins minus bonuses minus chargebacks if any minus admin and processing fees.

December is still not closed and reconciled due to the above.

On the first week of January I have stepped down from my position as independent consultant with Jazz and still waiting to be prepaid as agreed for me to complete handover during this month. Regardless, my last day will be January 30th.

Despite all the above, I have requested the management several times to take a decision with regards to either re-open the legacy platform or provide you a one off payment as requested by you. The company has not accepted paying any late penalties either.

I will continue chasing ..

Well, yes... now they are changing the commission calculation formula, but how does this affect the payment of outstanding commission for the previous month? Are you telling us that this formula will be applied retroactively? So that you can rob your partners even more? Because it is clear that this change is disadvantageous to partners, first of all, and secondly, what about respecting previous agreements? What about respecting the commission payment date, which is the 15th of each month? When was the last time you paid on time? And why does your management not want to pay penalty interest on late payments when it routinely breaks its own rules (fails to meet deadlines)? I could ask another 100 questions that seem to remain unanswered...

Dear Freecash,

Correct you were paid up until December 2025.

Up until Nov 2025 you were paid Legacy system and MyAffiliates figures.

During December, 2025 the legacy system was completely shut down.

Unfortunately migration from legacy to MyAffiliates was not properly completed earlier in 2025 (around Jul/Aug 2025) because there were many issues with the legacy system mostly related to the change of management happened late 2024 and no one from the new regime knew exactly how numbers were calculated in the legacy system therefore leaving the discrepancy pending.

Up until November, I could see both systems and get you paid from both platforms but in December the old system was closed down.

I personally did whatever I could and managed to migrate over all 2000+ players belonging to you into Myaffiliates once the legacy system was shut down.

I also sent your proposal to be paid a a one off fee for the legacy but this was never acknowledged nor accepted by the management.

As informed earlier, tomorrow is my last day at TopAffiliates. As you can see from all the commission claims made almost every month during 2025, I always managed to get you paid however this last request I never got any confirmation, acceptance or negotation about it from the management.

I am sorry this had to end this way, from my part I tried to do everything I could to assist but now my time with TopAffiliates has come to an end.

I would just like to add that I have proof (a transcript of our conversation) that all players from the old (legacy) platform will be kept there and settled, as it is impossible to migrate them and calculate the commission correctly. I can disclose this at any time.

That was the agreement... but it turns out that it was not respected, so in other words, we were robbed of our commission.
