Negative Carry Over If the account is in a negative position (e.g. because customer winnings have exceeded customer losses) the negative position will be carried over into the following month(s).

-------------- Affiliate Guard Dog Agrees to the Terms Below --------------------

Affiliate Payment Date?: We will pay you Advertising Revenue on the 12th day of each monthly, but not less than $250 per payment. If you fail to achieve the amount of $250 Advertising Revenue on a certain month, the earned amount will be forwarded to the next calendar month.

Affiliate Guard Dog will contact the Affiliate Manager at Tila Casino Affiliates to determine the answers to all issues above. We hope for quick resolution to the Terms issues as there are a lot of inconsistencies between the Terms and the websites.

Since Tila Casino Affiliates is a new program, we believe that the Terms issues are more accidental and will work with them to amend those terms appropriately

The TilaCash.com terms and conditions have been changed

All discrepancies with Revenue Sharing were cleared up and the terms now clearly state 25% Revenue sharing (as default) in the terms.

Additionally, TilaCash added Revenue Sharing Tiers for affiliates who bring in more players. The addition is:

25% Net Profit We treat you as a real partner. You will start to earn from 25% of the Casino's earnings generated from players you refer and for their entire lifetime! The more revenue you generate the higher percentage you receive (see table below). The more traffic you send, the more you earn. You earn a recurring profit from your players month after month for as long as their account remains active. Revenue Generated Profit Share $0-$10k25% $10k-$30k30% $30k-$5035% $50k+40%

The negative carryover is still there, but is not considered predatory - just VERY unfavorable.
