Most partners we talk to already have programs that work for them. So when someone starts with us, the sensible move is a test, and a well-planned test gives both sides a clear answer within a few weeks.
Here is how we usually suggest setting one up.
Start with a slice. A portion of volume large enough to produce readable numbers, small enough that your existing setup keeps running as usual. The exact size depends on your traffic, and we are happy to talk it through.
Keep the conditions comparable. Same source, similar creatives, similar audience as what you run elsewhere. When everything changes at once, the results are hard to read.
Agree on the test window and the metrics upfront. How long the test runs, what counts as success, and when you will review it together with your manager. This saves a lot of back-and-forth at the end.
Check reporting against your own tracker. In the first days, compare our stats with yours. Small gaps are normal; it is useful to see them early and understand where they come from.
Review together after the test. Look at the numbers with your manager and decide on the next step: scale, adjust terms or the model, or keep the volume as it is.
Our current terms for reference: CPA up to $800, RevShare up to 50% of net revenue, Hybrid deals.
How do you usually size a test with a new program? A fixed share of volume, a fixed budget, or something else?
