We received the following email:

"Hello Valued Affiliate Partner,

It is with great pride that we see Vegas Revenue entering its third year of operation. With this milestone, we are dedicated more than ever to continue being one of the top performing online casino brands. In the next couple of weeks, we are initiating upgrades to our platforms. After revising our data, we believe the upgrades will result in more revenue for everyone in the long run. With the new affiliate platform and upgrades, our management team will be responsible for new software fees and other miscellaneous expenses that will come with the platform. As of October 1st our Terms and Conditions will be updated, Affiliate Fees for Processing will be deducted at 4% of total deposits monthly. Admin Fees will be set at a flat 10% deduction moving forward. In addition to our new Software Upgrade, we have added new Alt Coins for your players to take advantage of: Dogecoin, Ripple, USDT, USDC"

Is NewVegas.com even licensed?

I visited the site, expecting to view their license holder details in the footer (where 99.999% of casinos have them) but nothing was there. So, I then trawled the site, and pages etc., with my 'eagle eye'...

Found an over abundance of Who-Ha, and statements about their RNG(s), but still could not find any notation; inclusion; and or advisement, on where they are licensed...

Seems they are they not licensed!

My next concern, if they are not licensed, are their games legit or are they pirated?

Not being licensed would explain why they only charge a 10% Admin fee, and a 4% processor fee.

Found quite a few affiliate sites that state this casino does not have a license. Live chat is a Robot that keeps asking the same question: "What was that?" over and over.

So if this casino is not licensed, they why is the affiliate program even being considered as an inclusion at AGD. Or, is the answer to the question I've asked many times here before, finally answered, that LCB network has contra-deals with certain affiliate programs, and license or no-license, the gatekeeper will always let them pass...

Obviously LCB/AGD are partnered with VegasRenue because they've received the T&C's update email, and... they also are3 displaying the VR banner, which has attached an affiliate tracking code... vegasrevenue.com/get/a/4538701

I would think that targeting 'pirated software', it's more likely a casino is no licensed than it is. And, I would have also thought, that a large network such as LCB, would commit to due dilligence, before accepting a deal from an affiliate program. Because frankly, having a program/casino on one's site, gives credence (good rep) to said program. I wonder how many other aff programs on AGD are operating casinos which are not licensed BUT have their affiliate program banners and tracking codes, attached, on the pages of this forum...
