Please see the information we have received from Digital Rush Partners:
"Dear Partner,
We are writing to inform you that Digital Rush Limited has recently signed an agreement to sell all of its bingo and casino websites to Broadway Gaming. The sale will take effect on August 31, 2025, and as of September 1, 2025, ownership of the websites will transfer to Broadway Gaming Ltd.
As a result of this transition, our affiliate partnership under the Digital Rush Partners Affiliate Program will be terminated effective EOD August 31, 2025. Starting September 1st, no activity will be tracked or paid by Digital Rush Partners.
Please note:
From September 1, 2025, you will no longer be authorized to promote Digital Rush brands: LoveHeartsBingo, LoadsABingo, PinkRibbonBingo, BingoZino, Bingo-Ireland, BidBingo, BingoBarmy, FantasticSpins, BingoLoft, Casinomite, PotsOfLuck (“The Brands”).
On September 1st, please deactivate any promotion for The Brands, including PPC and other paid media, SEO pages and articles, social posts and ads, banners, pop-ups, and pop-under. All tracking links relating to The Brand, must be removed from your websites by this date.
Commissions accrued up until August 31, 2025 will be calculated and paid in accordance with the existing agreement no later than 25 September. For statement or payout questions regarding activity up to August 31st, please contact your account manager or email affiliates@digitalrushpartners.com.
Your reporting portal will remain open until 30 September 2025 so you can log in and pull reports or invoices.
