SuprNation Affiliate Program Moves to SuprPlay Ltd - Action Required by October 1

Hello members, we have received the following information from Suprnation:

"Hello SuprAffliliates.

We are writing to inform you of an upcoming change to the contracting entity under your Affiliate Agreement.
With effect from 1 October 2026, your Affiliate Agreement will be transferred from SuprMedia Ltd (the “Existing Company”) to SuprPlay Ltd (the “New Company”). From that date, the New Company will become the contracting entity responsible for the operation of the Affiliate Program and for payments due under your Affiliate Agreement.
As part of this change, we are updating our Affiliate Terms and Conditions. The updated Terms and Conditions will take effect on 1 October 2026.

Action required​

You will be asked to review and accept the updated Terms and Conditions through your Affiliate Account. Your acceptance will also constitute your consent to the transfer of your Affiliate Agreement to the New Company.

Please ensure that you accept the updated Terms and Conditions before 1 October 2026.

If you have not accepted the updated Terms and Conditions by that date, your Affiliate Account will no longer remain active from 1 October 2026 and you will not be able to generate any further Commission unless and until the updated Terms and Conditions are accepted.
Any Commission validly earned up to and including 30 September 2026 will remain payable subject to the applicable payment provisions described below.

Legacy Commission​

Any Commission earned up to and including 31 December 2024 which remains accrued and unpaid on the Affiliate Account (the “Legacy Commission”) must be withdrawn no later than 30 September 2026.
For this one-off withdrawal, the EUR 200 Minimum Threshold will not apply, and Legacy Commission may be withdrawn even where the balance is below EUR 200.
Any Legacy Commission which has not been withdrawn by the end of 30 September 2026 shall expire with effect from 1 October 2026 and shall cease to be due or payable.
For the avoidance of doubt, this deadline and expiry apply only to Legacy Commission. Any Commission earned on or after 1 January 2025 that remains unpaid shall continue to be outstanding and payable in accordance with the Terms and Conditions.
Please note that no payout will be made where the total Commission balance due is less than EUR 10, as this amount is below the administrative processing fee applicable under the Terms and Conditions.
Before a withdrawal can be processed, you may be required to provide or complete any outstanding KYC, verification or other compliance documentation requested by the Company. If any such documentation is outstanding, please provide it promptly to avoid delays in processing your payment.

Commission and Invoicing​

The change of contracting entity will not affect the calculation of Commission validly earned under the Affiliate Programme.
Any Commission earned up to and including 30 September 2026 which remains unpaid as at the end of 30 September 2026, including Commission which has accrued but has not yet been invoiced or fallen due for payment and any balance carried forward from previous periods, will transfer to New Company and will be payable by the New Company.
Commission earned on or after 1 October 2026 will be earned against and payable by New Company, provided that the Affiliate has accepted the updated Terms and Conditions and its Affiliate Account remains active.
Invoices and payment documentation generated through Netrefer will reflect the applicable contracting entity and the relevant Commission period. Please ensure that all information recorded in your Netrefer account, including your legal entity details, address, tax/VAT information and payment details, is complete and up to date.
Except for the changes set out in the updated Terms and Conditions, your participation in the Affiliate Program will continue as usual.
