Why when I log into the affiliate back end now I only see links to promote Rich Palms casino now?

I was told that they will only be keeping the Rich Palms brand. They are
phasing out the other brands, as they will end their relationship with Rival.

We are not ending our relationship with Rival and there is no need to change any links, we have came to realize that RTG brand converts much better than Rival due to more processing solutions and higher retention tools, you can continue promote Rival but we advise to start pushing more RTG brand and we will be launching within few weeks another RTG brand. There is nothing that needs to be changed and no loss of data is done, we just trying to satisfy our affiliates with more "Fresh" brand and higher conversion due to more processing solutions with RTG.

There is no need for such extreme approach, you can continue promoting Rival brands and RTG brand and soon Brands but we just give our insight on the current results, as you know we have been operating Rival brands for very long time and for last few months we have launched RTG brand and we see clients like the games more and conversion/retention is better, so as Affiliate Program and Affiliate managers we give our insight in order you our affiliates to be happy with results. You don't need to remove just add Rich Palms in priority over Rival brands.

Exactly, remove Rival sites and focus on RTG. But the reason for that is due to the fact we wanted to push on higher conversion due to the COVID period and we saw higher conversion on RTG. That's why we asked to focus on RTG, you can continue promoting both platforms but we highly advise to promote Rich Palms in priority.
The reason why it's not on the marketing section is cause in case affiliate wants to promote Rival he needs to contact his Affiliate managers for the links, but previous links of MyAffiliates are working.
