Super Partners (formerly known as Buffalo Partners) has slashed our commission: first from 25% to 10%, and now from 10% to 0%. I sent them numerous queries asking for an explanation of this situation, but they simply replied that I hadn’t met their criteria for new depositors (60 FTDs over the last 3 months). This is a complete farce – to keep my commission at 10% or 25%, do I have to have 60+ FTDs or more??? It’s madness!
Now I’m not surprised why they change the name of their programme so often...
That's strange, as their terms state it goes down from 25% to 20% to 10% and then to 5% before going to 0%.
Also strange that their criteria is 30 FTD per 6 months while you mention 60 FTD for 3 months.
This is from their terms:
If, after a 6-month inclusive period, a minimum of 30 new active Customers have not been referred, then Revenue Share will be reduced to 20%. If, after a 12-month inclusive period, a minimum of 60 new active Customers have not been referred, then Revenue Share will be reduced to 10%. If, after an 18-month inclusive period, a minimum of 90 new active Customers have not been referred, then Revenue Share will be reduced to 5%. If, after a 24-month inclusive period, a minimum of 120 new active Customers have not been referred, then Revenue Share will be reduced to 0. Once the new active Customer amount has been referred, the following month the Revenue Share will be increased to 25%.
