Hi GG their website uses a blog/article scraping tool to get content fast.

Report this to the affiliate managers, 99% sucess rate.

BTW - Thepichi what goes around comes around...if I ever find out who is copying my content will be sorry...I hope you get smart and think about that you need a reputation in this industry too, you do not seem to have a good one telling GG to get a life...

ThePichi - You are an experienced webmaster and know very well that scraping and re-spinning articles is theft. I'm very surprised by both your lack of judgment and unwillingness to take responsibility.

If GPWA wants to continue your seal then that shows a severe lack of judgement on their part as well. I'll talk to Michael today and point him to this thread.

I'm completely dumbfounded by your last sentence as well. GG is a good dude and doesn't deserve that OR the content-scraping!

Thanks GG for this info. But what really puzzles me is the fact that in the source codes of xxxipennyslots.com/online_slots/cryptologic-software-solution-for-online-casinos/ and xxxhttp://ipennyslots.com/slots_articles/reel-slot-machines-big-foot-slot/ there is the entry (Submitted by Nandakishore).

I never use my name Nandakishore with any content.

So, can Mr/Ms ThePichi please explain where this reference came from?

As I said. I sold, ipennyslots and another 9 domains 2 years ago. They're not part of my business.

The fact that I used my real name and mobile to buy them tells you that I had no idea what was going on. Otherwise I would buy a $9 privacy or use fake details.

I do own & manage the gambling gazette and few other portals in this industry and in others.

I'm sorry this has happened.

You had my email, address and phone number but you never contacted me. Tell me what do you want me to do?

Guard Dog, I really respect the job you do. Don't worry, I'm sure GG and I can sort things out.

I gave them a way for a share rev about 2 years ago.

Second, I contacted the person managing the sites and he said.

So who are we talking to here at AGD known as thepichi? Is it Frank Pineiro or Diana Sterling ??

Gambling Guru

I sold, ipennyslots and another 9 domains 2 years ago. They're not part of my business.

So "Whois" is wrong then about the same person, Frank Pineiro owning both sites, IPENNYSLOTS.COM and Gambling Gazette?

____________
+ Domain name: gamblinggazette.com

Administrative Contact:

Frank Pineiro (webmaster@gambling-gazette.com)
+61.0280113252

____________

You don't find that really strange that "Whois" has never been updated by the powers that be?

The fact that I used my real name and mobile to buy them tells you that I had no idea what was going on.

So this is Frank Pineiro then that is here? And not Diana S. who posts under "thepichi" name over at the GPWA huh?

WTF, did you sell them or buy them? Because you have just contradicted yourself here in your past two posts?

I do own & manage the gambling gazette and few other portals in this industry.

You had my email, address and phone number but you never contacted me.

So this is Frank then, since the only phone number was published in the first post here and it was for a Frank Pineiro....

Tell me what do you want me to do?

For starters you can state a few facts, if like you say you do not own IPENNYSLOTS.COM, then who does? Who did you sell the site and domain name to?

Hypothetically speaking Guru what if you were me? I mean my way of thinking about content theft or theft in general is outrage. People are victimized because the perpetrators really do not care how they make a fast buck. These E class minded individuals are the types who sour the pot for everyone one the web and off. They are very egocentric who have character traits no less than a Rat. Lack skills to compete fairly and are prone to cheat themselves an education.

But these are the standards of E class individuals. Although I am totally capable of turning $1.00 into $20.00 overnight by malicious acts I do not because for me it is wrong. Wrong for myself and toward others. I could easily send out a mass mailers within seconds. I could pump out mass articles within an seconds. Dam I could even shut down some of my competitors overnight. But I don't for me the means always justifies the end. I must work hard in a honest fashion and hope for the best.

However, as mentioned some just adopt other standards. For me after being at the shit end of the stick I have become more reactive. I used to tolerate the content thieves, Google Adword freaks, the affiliate or program who thinks its' cool to spam the crap out me etc... Well you get the picture.

Nowadays I have zero tolerance for such goofy acts. I get them back one way or another for these are the standards they have chosen to conduct business. I play by their rules like the fellow who sent me some spam not long ago. I called the mailer provider they told me it would stop and it did not. And forgive me but I will admit I hacked his mailer account yes it was a affiliate manager.

So what would I do in your situation? I would play by Thepichi rules and make him feel they same way you do right now. We live in a unfair world at times and IMO no one deserves to be cheated like you have.

So Thepichi make it right just because it the right thing to do. If any AM's are looking in shut him down. Are these the types of people you really want promoting you brand? Thepichi could technically get you banned off some major SE's. It has happened before not long ago to another major brand.

I hope the GPWA, CAP, CM kicks your sorry soul out Pichi you lie.

UPDATE:

It looks like ipennyslots.com and "thepichi" have now cleaned up their act and have deleted all of the content from that site there now....

Thanks to all who have read and all who have responded in support here in this thread, it was very much appreciated. :)
