Hello,
We're writing this thread because we've reached our limit with Glava and their casino, Staxino. We've tried everything to remain patient and allow them time to honor their debts, but the situation has dragged on for too long. We’re a well established SEO affiliate company and we’re addressing the issue here so others don’t get the same treatment.
We started our collaboration a year ago. They paid their integration fees and the first month of commissions, everything looked fine. Then, in February, while invoicing for January, we noticed that the previous two months (November and December) had not been paid. No panic at first, delays happen in this industry. We contacted them to sort it out.
We were in a group chat with Johan and Jasmina. They told us they were having banking issues. Fine, no problem, we could wait a few weeks to receive the payments for November, December, and January together (about €95,000).
Without further discussion, we received a payment of €20,000 in February, barely covering November. We reached out again, and they repeated the “bank problem” excuse. We waited another month. February’s invoice went out, but we received nothing in March.
By early April, while preparing the March invoices, we asked our finance department whether Glava had settled anything. Of course, nothing. We contacted them again, and we set up a call with their top management (Sonny). We agreed to reduce traffic to a minimum until the debt was cleared within two months. At that point, the unpaid amount stood at around €115,000.
For a month, there was total silence. Then in May, while another €10,000 in April commissions was added to the debt, we received a message saying they had finally paid the remaining part of November’s commissions (€18,000). So €125,000 minus €18,000 left us at €107,000 unpaid. We thought they were finally starting to pay, wrong again.
Since then, not a single payment. Every month, Johan repeats the same lines: “A payment is coming next week,” or “I have a call with management to discuss this.” It never happens.
That’s the situation. Hopefully, someone can help or advise on how to handle this case.
Thank you for your time.
