Slootz unpaid commissions and Affiliate Manager gone - UNRESOLVED

We are unable to contact an affiliate manager of Slootz casino. We had initial contact with an affiliate manager that set up our deal however they got "fired".
A lot of complaints from registered players not getting their withdrawals or any contact at all. After some investigation we suspect that this brand is a copy of Bogamba. We'd like to ask for your assistance.

I got info from their ex-manager:

"I left the Token Devils brand a while back as I noticed they were not paying employees, I was one of the employees that worked with them and they didn't pay me and then told me I won't be working for them any more. Basically a scam, unfortunately. It was very inconvenient. I'm sorry to hear that they are not covering your invoice but also I'm not surprised. I was just contracted to them as an affiliate manager. If I knew that they would do this I would never connect them to any affiliate or work with them "
