I do not know what is going on... Royal Partners are supposed to be a good program from what I read. I currently have 166 clicks in my backend (my own tracking on my website). They show 6. When I talk to Victoria (or whoever is behind that account) on Telegram she says stuff like:
"There may indeed be some inaccuracies in how clicks are reflected in our system. However, all key metrics that determine partner payments - such as first-time deposits, deposit amounts, and other financial indicators are tracked and displayed accurately."
"We have the system as it is as we pay more attention on metrics we pay for. Our partners are able and free to choose any other 3rd party to monitor clicks"
I did continue promoting after these conversations in February. Now I get a registration and I am trying to get some information about the user so that I can track the journey through my back-end (i.e., how they got to my site, what pages they visited before finally clicking on Beef Casino). Here was my question:
"Hey Victoria - I did send a player, I would like to track them back through my system. Do you have any details for me? It looks like the registration happened somewhere around 4:00-5:00pm (CST) March 22. But of course that doesn't mean that is when they first clicked, only first registered. I see a few clicks that could relate from US, South Africa, India, Phillipines, but would really like to see the journey through my site to see how they ended at Beef Casino. thank you"
The answer I got was:
"If I got you right then from our side we don't have such environment, the system counts only evidence that are important for the payment model and results (sum dep, first dep, visits, registrations etc, to analyze the ads and partnership efforts and efficiency)"
I just do not understand what is going on. Is this a language barrier? There is no way they do not track a player entirely for their own purposes. Should I just be giving up on them at this point?
