It was a "true" VPN but a free one. I will not PAY a monthly fee for a VPN that serves me only for logging into my Roxy aff account.

As an affiliate adding a paid VPN to one's tool kit is a good idea. Most importantly you can use it check serps for other countries. It can also be used to access country specific blocked site. As a bonus, you can use it to watch restricted by Country YouTube content too

You're right but I don't target UK players and I don't have any other affiliate website that have UK traffic so I really don't need a UK VPN.

I cannot help you because in the last 10 months I was not able to log into my account . However, it may be that they started to move accounts over at 32Red Affiliates.

No - but then I haven't tried to sign in since they were taken over by 32Red month or so ago.
You need to talk to them now.

I've had problems logging in for about the last month or so. Simply gave up. Decided best to wait till 32Red map everything over to their aff program. If your really concerned, might be a good idea to add a thread to the 32Red forum here. Alison seems to be on the ball and addresses issues quickly.

Just logged into 32Red affiliates and Roxy Palace is now listed in the drop down for available media section. I didn't get any notification about this but I'm about to update the link. I sure hate to be sending players and not being credited/tagged.

Update:

Checked the ref link as I always do (I promote either AU$ or US$), the link is going to what seems a generic GBP home page. No matter what tracking link I try, they all redirect to this GBP page. None of my players are going to to play in GBP.

Looks like I'll have to yank RP now too... would have been nice to have me notified!

I just received a reply from 32Red. Apparently the transfer to the new affiliate platform has not been working well and they are currently trying to get things in order.

These transfers seem hardly ever go through smoothly. However, I do have trust in 32Red and am looking forward for them to replace this old messy system from Roxy. Fingers crossed.
