Yes can confirm same story, as you say CygX1 this has been going on for some time & it's not just a few hours it's days at a time. So i assume all the tracking is also down....

Thanks for all your comments and feedback about the site. We have been liaising with our IT team to try and rectify the problem, and have found a solution which will fix any issues. This has been implemented and will be continually monitored to ensure the smooth running of the site.

The site is running as normal so remember to check out the marketing materials page to find the latest banners and mailers. We have our new Multi-offer promotion which is definitely worth a look.

i assume all the tracking is also down....

Just wanted to confirm that tracking has not been effected while the system was down, the error is related to the server so all tracking has continued as it should.

Hi Stephanief, I have been trying to email someone at Roxy for a few days now but all of my emails bounce back.

This is a delivery failure notification message indicating that
an email you addressed to email address :
-- robertr@roxyaffiliates.com (as listed in my affiliate backend)

Same with support@roxyaffiliates.com

I wanted to update my address and banking details, as I just started receiving some decent UK traffic and wanted to give you guys another try.

But..... My emails keep coming back..

For the last 6 months I was not able to log into my Roxy aff. account. It seems that my country (or my IP class) is blocked from accessing both affiliate and casino websites. The support did nothing and keep telling me to try to log in using a UK VPN so 5 minutes ago I've tried to log in by using a UK VPN but it doesn't work. I can access the website but after I type in the username and password the page reload and nothing happens. I don't know if it's because of the website or because of my VPN connection so .....

I just want to ask if you can or cannot do anything to solve this! I don't want to wait any longer and if I cannot log in I will take off all the links. This is my last attempt to solve this situation.

If it's a "true" VPN you won't have any problems. Their system is detecting you are using one so your blocked, try another VPN like xxx.my-expat-network.com/ or xxx.buffered.com/

They just got taken over by 32Red - so hopefully these issues will be a thing of the past...

It was a "true" VPN but a free one. I will not PAY a monthly fee for a VPN that serves me only for logging into my Roxy aff account. This is ridiculous!

As we discussed through email our technical team were looking into this and could not see any reason as to why you were having difficulties.

The affiliate team did not hear back from you since the last email communication in June.

Please contact us and we can look to assist if we can any further.

This thread was started on Feb 5 and in your last email in June (after 4 months) you still didn't have any solution for my problem so please understand my frustration.
