We would like to share our experience with Rex Affiliates and warn other affiliates who may be working with this program or considering a partnership.
We generated traffic for Rex Affiliates through multiple publishers, GEOs and traffic sources. Our September commission amounted to €5,060.
When it came time to reconcile and settle the commission, our account manager became unresponsive. We spent nearly three weeks chasing the program for a proper reconciliation and a clear explanation of the outstanding payment.
On 12 October 2026, we contacted Borex, a senior representative whom we approached for assistance after being unable to reach our manager. Unfortunately, the situation did not improve.
After repeated messages, Borex eventually reviewed the statistics and claimed that the players were bonus hunters who had not returned after their initial bonus. However, we were not provided with a comprehensive report substantiating these allegations.
On 23 October, Borex stated that only one player was payable at that moment and that the approved amount was currently zero. He promised that the backend team would review the remaining players' profiles and verifications.
On 28 October, we received a screenshot showing approval of only two FTDs out of the reported 23. We still had no satisfactory individual breakdown explaining why the remaining players were rejected or sufficient evidence supporting the decision.
What makes this particularly concerning:
We want to be clear: we understand that affiliate programs have the right to investigate suspicious traffic. We are not demanding payment for fraudulent players. However, rejecting almost the entire batch of FTDs requires a transparent explanation, particularly when no specific performance KPIs or repeat-deposit requirements were agreed upon.
A screenshot approving two FTDs is not a substitute for a complete reconciliation explaining the status and rejection grounds of every other player.
We are therefore asking Rex Affiliates to provide a full reconciliation, player-level rejection reasons, supporting evidence for the bonus-hunting allegations, and clarification regarding the reported account-attribution issue.
We are sharing this experience so other affiliates can exercise due diligence and so that Rex Affiliates has an opportunity to address the matter publicly.
We can provide screenshots of the statistics and the full correspondence to moderators or other relevant parties.
We remain open to a fair resolution and payment of the commissions legitimately earned.

What makes this particularly concerning:
- No satisfactory reconciliation despite repeated requests.
- Almost three weeks of chasing management for answers.
- The majority of FTDs rejected without a transparent, player-by-player explanation.
- Claims of bonus hunting without a comprehensive supporting report being provided to us.
- Players reportedly continuing to generate activity, with approximately €50 in NGR during the latest week.
- A separate concern regarding a player reportedly being detached or unlinked from our affiliate account, which requires clarification.
- No resolution despite our attempt to settle the dispute amicably.
