Hi,

A few month ago I have complained on this forum that Superiorshare have started delaying payments, longer and longer. For that time they have not payed me for two month after "reminding" them over and over again. Only with the help here they finally payed. The guy in charge - David was very furious about that and asked me to remove their links, which I would have done myself because I know the signs of affiliate program going belly up. Although he promissed to pay for all RS that would be earned in the future for existing players.

And from time interesting things started to happen. First the have raised my minimum payment from 250 to 750. Second my affiliate comission for August have mysteriously disappeared. Here the proof:

1. In august I had a commission of $1162
Snimok-ekrana-2026-09-03-173314.png

2. Today my commission for August have suddenly became 0. They just removed all the earning as if they never existed.

Making this thread as a warning not to deal with these guys. Not expecting them to pay me, because they are obviously in some sort of financial troubles

strange. have you asked them about it?
now you reminded me that my affiliate manager left there in May and now i see that i wrote them about getting paid and got not reply.
i do give them the benefit of the doubt though and will try to reach them for a week or two before removing.
@MissExposé you have some contacts there, as my emailed bounced.

I have asked David, he have not responded yet. Sent him the proof with earnings screenshot. (had a feeling that they might do something like this, after all their managers gone and raising the minimum payout to $750)

Hi Maxim,

We have reviewed your AGD post and the screenshots you provided. Unfortunately, the conclusions you have drawn from the reporting are incorrect.

The first and most important point is that the figure shown on the earnings graph as “Total” represents the total for the reporting period selected, not the earnings generated in that particular month or on that particular day.

We have reproduced this using the same reporting system and attach two examples:

Example 1: We selected 30 July 2025 – 30 August 2026. When hovering over 30 August, the report displays “Total: $4,023.89.” This clearly does not mean that $4,023.89 was earned in August. The graph itself shows the amount accumulating throughout the selected period.

Example 2: We selected 25 March 2026 – 31 August 2026. When hovering over 31 August, the report displays “Total: $1,135.67.” Again, this does not mean $1,135.67 was earned on 31 August or during August. It is the cumulative total for the selected reporting period.

Explanation.jpg

The same reporting logic applies to the screenshot you posted.

In addition, your commission is calculated on a RevShare basis. Figures displayed during an open reporting period can change according to the underlying players’ results. A player may initially generate positive net revenue and subsequently win, reducing the net revenue and consequently the RevShare commission. The final payable commission is determined once the relevant period and underlying player activity have been finalized.

Your own screenshot separately shows an account balance of $350.18 as of 31 July 2026. This is separate from the cumulative figure displayed on the earnings graph and should not be confused with it, moreover you have over 5400 players connected to your account which any future Revenue that will be generated will be paid, we could have closed your account after the last incident which we didn't.

We have also checked your August activity and can see no new signups or deposits during August. We will nevertheless review exactly what generated the preliminary figure you saw, including whether it related to activity from an existing player. However, a preliminary RevShare/reporting figure changing when the underlying results are finalized is certainly not evidence that SuperiorShare has “stolen” money.

What concerns us more is the way you chose to deal with this.

You published these accusations on a Saturday without first approaching David to discuss the issue, asking us to investigate the reporting, or giving us any reasonable opportunity to explain what you were seeing. Instead, you went directly to AGD and publicly accused SuperiorShare of “stealing money” and suggested that we are experiencing “financial troubles.”

This is now the second time this has happened. Your previous AGD complaint was resolved and you were paid. We are not prepared for public accusations to become the normal method of dealing with every question or disagreement concerning your affiliate account.

The suggestion that SuperiorShare is experiencing financial difficulties is also completely unfounded. We continue to expand the business and are currently planning the launch of five additional brands in 2027. A dispute concerning a few hundred dollars of affiliate commission provides no reasonable basis whatsoever for making statements about our financial position.

Regarding the minimum payout and other conditions, the SuperiorShare Terms & Conditions were changed some time ago. Affiliates are responsible for reviewing the applicable terms.

It is apparent from your repeated public complaints that you are unhappy working with SuperiorShare. That is of course your choice, but we are equally not interested in maintaining an affiliate relationship where ordinary reporting questions result in immediate public accusations against our business without first attempting to resolve them directly.

We therefore ask that you delete the AGD complaint and publish a clear public correction and apology withdrawing the allegations that SuperiorShare has “stolen” money or is experiencing “financial troubles.”

If this is done promptly, we are prepared to consider the matter resolved.

If the complaint and these unsupported allegations remain publicly available without correction and apology, we expressly reserve all of our rights under the SuperiorShare Terms & Conditions, including the right to terminate the partnership and close your affiliate account.

In either event, we will review and pay any legitimate finalized balance due to you in accordance with the applicable Terms & Conditions.

We would prefer to resolve this professionally and move forward rather than continue an unnecessary public dispute.

That doesn't explain anything. These are too many words for a very simple matter. You got caught.

You tried to dissapear my earnings and thought that I was too stupid not realising that. I did make a screenshot of my earnings, because I knew that this would happen after a chat with David and raising my minimum payout to $750. What kind of move is that? Have you informed me about it? No you didn't.

Anyway I don't care what you'll do. This thread would stay as a warning for other affiliates.

Maxim,

You are not actually asking for an explanation or attempting to understand what happened. We provided you with a detailed explanation and supporting examples, yet you ignored all of it and simply repeated that we “got caught” and tried to make your earnings disappear.

You confirmed yourself that you removed our links some time ago, and our records show no new players/signups or deposits from your traffic in July or August. Yet you are now accusing us of stealing commission during that same period.

You have worked in this industry for many years, so we would expect you at least to understand how to read a reporting period and distinguish a cumulative/preliminary RevShare figure from a finalized payable balance before publicly accusing a company of theft.

Your statement that SuperiorShare has “financial problems” is equally baseless. We have no financial issues whatsoever and are currently preparing to launch five additional brands in 2027. Our business continues to expand.

If anything, your comments appear to reflect frustration with the performance of your own business. You have removed our links, you are not generating new depositing players for us, and you have indicated that your sites are no longer operating as before. None of that can reasonably be blamed on SuperiorShare or turned into accusations about our financial position.

Rather than addressing your own traffic and performance, you have chosen to publicly accuse another business of stealing from you, without even engaging with the explanation provided.

At this point, it is clear that this is not a genuine attempt to resolve a reporting question. As we already told you, it is better that we part ways. You clearly do not trust us, and we are no longer interested in continuing the partnership under these circumstances.

Try to explain raising minimum payout to $750 without warning, not paying for months, all managers suddenly dissapearing, etc etc ... You know what? If you reputation cost what you owe me, just keep it.

One more thing. I have removed links after an argument with you about not paying me for several months after reminding to pay me over and over again. That's why you haven't had new depositing players in July and August. It doesn't give you the right to just steal the comission for the same period for my RS players I had for years.

Maxim,

The minimum withdrawal threshold was changed months ago. The reason was straightforward: we process a large number of payment requests, and repeatedly processing very small $250 payments creates unnecessary administration and disproportionately high payment costs. We therefore increased the standard minimum withdrawal amount.

This was a general operational decision, not something done specifically to your account. For the overwhelming majority of active affiliates, the change has had no practical effect. We have also always been open to discussing exceptions directly with an affiliate manager where appropriate. You could simply have raised this with David.

Regarding your claim that you were “not paid for months,” payouts are manually requested. Every time you submitted a payout request, you were paid. We do not automatically send crypto payments because wallet details can change, wallets can become restricted or inaccessible, and your account does not have 2FA enabled. For security reasons, a manual request and verification are therefore required before payment.

You now also confirm why there were no new depositing players in July or August: you had already removed our links. We understand that your historic players may still generate RevShare; nobody has suggested otherwise. Any legitimate finalized RevShare generated by those players will be treated in accordance with the applicable terms. What we reject is your allegation that a figure appearing on the reporting graph proves that SuperiorShare “stole” commission from you.

We have already explained the reporting issue and provided examples. Instead of addressing that explanation, you continue adding new accusations.

As stated above, there are now two options. If you want to resume the relationship, the public allegations need to be corrected and we can resolve any remaining account questions directly with David. Otherwise, it is better that we part ways, your legitimate finalized balance will be dealt with, and the account will be closed in accordance with the terms.

The ball is in your court.

You are lying.

1. The threshold was changed a few weeks ago, not months.

2. I asked you over and over again for payments, and you or you managers always said "in process". Until I complaint. I am aware of your "manual requests".

3. The proof you provided is BS, because it shows the stats AFTER you erased the data for August. You can see a flat line for that month.

4. To cover your lies , you already blocked me to access my stats.

Maxim,

Once again, instead of addressing the explanation provided, you simply respond by calling us liars.

  1. Minimum payout: We will verify the exact date the threshold was changed. The important point remains that this was a general change across the affiliate program, not something applied specifically to you. It was introduced to reduce the number and cost of processing small payments, and exceptions could always be discussed with David.
  2. Payments: If you believe there is a payout request that was never paid, please identify the specific request, amount and date. Every completed payout request we have reviewed was paid. Repeating that you were “not paid for months” without identifying an unpaid requested payment does not establish otherwise.
  3. August reporting: You are again misunderstanding the examples. They were provided to demonstrate how the reporting system displays “Total” for a selected period. They were not presented as screenshots of your account or as proof of your August activity. Your commission is RevShare, so historic players can continue generating results even without new deposits. We have never disputed that.

Your allegation that we “erased” August data is extremely serious, and you have provided no evidence whatsoever that SuperiorShare deleted or manipulated any data. A graph changing after RevShare results are finalized is not evidence of data being erased.

  1. Account access: Your access was disabled because, after your repeated public accusations and your statement that the thread would remain, we decided to end the affiliate relationship, as we had already told you we would do. It was not disabled to “cover” anything.

We will retain the relevant account and reporting records and calculate any legitimate finalized balance due to you. Closing access does not erase those records.

At this stage you have accused us of stealing, lying, financial problems, manipulating statistics and now deliberately blocking access to conceal evidence. Each time we provide an explanation, you ignore it and introduce another accusation.

The issue should have been the reporting discrepancy, without all the other problems muddying the conversation.

David points out that the disputed amount should not be the one stated (that's for the last 90 days, not the month) and that a positive RS at the beginning of the month turning negative by the end is not unheard of.

The graph should not look like that since, on your end, it appears to have been a net positive for almost a month (5–31 August). It looks like a reporting issue that needs to be investigated and explained.

Everyone that is familiar with this platform knows that it shows monthly earning on home screen not the "total" for some imaginary period as he tried to present. (That is after leveling august stats to 0) Nevertheless I checked it in the detailed report for that particular period and that particular casino and it showed detailed per day stats and it was that exact same amount of EARNINGS as of 31 of August ($1162) .

JTK, his graph says “Total”, not “August earnings”. The number is the total for the whole reporting period and the graph goes up as that total increases. I posted 2 examples showing exactly the same thing. So no, we didn’t “erase” his August earnings, he is simply reading the report incorrectly.

We explained this already but he doesn’t seem interested in the explanation.

In fact, today after opening these threads he sent us this privately:

“Unless you pay what you owe me (350$ for July and $1162 for August), unblock my account, bring back the minimum payout to 250 and promise not to do this in the future for existing players, the threads would stay there.”

So I think it’s pretty clear where this is going. We will provide the full screenshots to the forum reps and they can make their own conclusion.

Maybe he’s frustrated because his traffic has dried up and these amounts are important to him, but that’s not a reason to accuse us of stealing money or having financial problems.

Yeah those amounts important to me, as for any affiliate big or small, you should respect either. Maybe better answer to JTK question why the activity on 3, 4, 5 and 6 August is not present afterwards

The first screenshot he shared shows activity on 3, 4, 5 and 6 August. The fact that this activity is nowhere to be seen afterwards has to be a reporting bug, right?

No, it’s not a reporting bug. What you see there is player activity on the dashboard.

He has sent over 5,400 signups lifetime, so naturally there is still activity from existing players even when he isn’t sending new traffic. The retention team all the time working to bring back players with bonus offers/free chips so even if there is activity its not final earnings report.

His deal is RevShare. The dashboard shows preliminary activity/results during the month, it is not the final commission earned. Those numbers can move as the same players play, win/lose, bonuses are used etc.

Once the month closes, the results are finalized and the actual commission is shown in the Earnings Report, which is exactly the report I showed in my examples.

So the dashboard activity on 3–6 August doesn’t mean he earned that amount as commission on those dates and then we deleted it. It’s ongoing player activity before the month was finalized.
