1st Partners — has anyone worked with them?

I’ve been “working” with 1st Partners for around 2 months now, and I’m curious if anyone else here has had a similar experience.

A few days after joining, my assigned affiliate manager told me she was leaving the company and that the team lead would reach out to me regarding a new manager.

The team lead did reach out — but shortly after that, communication basically disappeared again.

I assumed I just had to wait until they assigned me a new manager, so I didn’t really push the issue.

However, I generated FTDs for Ninlay back in August, and according to what I was told, commissions are paid up to the end of September. It’s now October and I haven’t received any commission payment or any further communication regarding my earnings. (around 260 EUR)

At this point, I’m mainly looking to hear from other affiliates before jumping to conclusions.

Has anyone here worked with 1st Partners before?
Would appreciate hearing both positive and negative experiences. I’m just trying to figure out whether this is a normal communication issue or something I should be concerned about and just better focus on other brands

Yesterday i asked for an update, and a specific date so far no answer.
The manager is online almost allday but she just doesnt even open my messages

And since she told me that " won’t continue a cooperation" i dont know what/why it takes that much time without a proper update since she mentioned that she is the lead of the aff managers

I reached out to the head of affs, he told me wait another 1-5 business days...
the reason is cause they havent received their funds, to pay for the affiliates

im just as confused as that reason lol

We have received feedback from the 1st Partners representative regarding this complaint.
They confirmed that they are aware of the issue and are in direct contact with the affiliate. They also acknowledged delays in their payout process and stated that they intend to settle the outstanding amount as soon as possible.
We hope the matter will be resolved shortly and will keep the community updated if we receive any further information.
