We have been working as affiliates in the past and we closed the affiliation a few months back.
We are now kindly requesting the immediate removal of every promotional/marketing material currently published on your websites (English and Italian) with reference to www.bestingame.it (including visuals, content and links).
This is due to a recent change in the Italian legislation which renders the content on your websites not compliant to the new online gambling law (Decreto Dignità). As per government decision, the new legislation is coming into effect on 14th July 2019 so we kindly ask you to remove all content before this deadline. We decline any liability for law infringement in case you do not comply to this request past the deadline.
