Reliable Contact: Non Payment for A Large Sum

Hi all,

Has anyone a reliable contact at Genesys. We are owed a large sum and messages to the team and finance dept are rarely responded to and they ignore anything when it comes to asking for a commitment to a payment timeline. Issues started around the time of the migration (2019) and have dragged on and on since.
