Question we get a lot, so figured we'd put the answer here instead of just repeating it in DMs.
Short answer: yes. A PPC affiliate and an SEO affiliate aren't sending us the same product, so quoting them off the same rate card never made sense to us.

PPC needs speed – fast onboarding, fast rate calls, someone who actually understands CR/hold the same week the spend happens. SEO needs patience – terms that still hold up 6-12 months in, since the payoff is retention, not day-one volume.

Curious how this actually feels from your side – has a program ever really adjusted your terms based on whether you're running PPC or SEO, or is it still one rate card for everyone no matter what you're sending?
