We are currently having a serious payment issue with Pin-Up Partners.
They acknowledged that there has been an overpayment in the past, but their own reconciliation showed a significantly lower amount than what they are now trying to deduct from our account.
We have tried to resolve this directly with them and have asked several times for a clear calculation explaining the difference. We have also been transparent from our side and previously informed them when we believed they had paid too much.
Despite this, Pin-Up Partners are now withholding our current balance and have stopped responding to us.
At this point, a substantial amount of money is being withheld without a clear and consistent reconciliation.
We are happy to settle any legitimate overpayment, but we need a transparent calculation and proper communication from the program.
We are posting here because direct communication has now stopped and we would like this issue to be resolved.
