While I appreciate Ben's leaving only adds more confusion to an already uncertain situation I can assure everyone that c-planet is very much alive and kicking and once the current processing cluster f---k is resolved, will move on to an even brighter future.

At the end of the day we lost our affiliate manager, it's happened before (some of you may remember Gabriel) and may well happen again in the future. It's the nature of the beast (given the money within this industry) that the more competent employees have aspirations beyond their current situation, couple that with processing affecting bonuses and the the conditions are ripe.

casinobonusguy... I understand you may feel that this is an opportune time for you to discontinue promoting our brands, but I would remind you that there is still revenue owed to us on a pre-payment you received almost 3 years ago, a payment that I approved.

I am here to answer any and all questions you may have. I would appreciate it if an admin here could provide me with a login to avoid having to use this now redundant username.

Jonathan

Jonathan I bite my tongue many times in this forum on certain issues here but since you posted above I will post the facts.

You are correct Jonathan there is about $2000 negative on the account , I will do a refund and probably should have done this a long time ago.I did not realise when we did this the processing bumps we would face along the way. Also Ben sent the email December 16 saying processing was down do you think it is a good business decision to keep links going to your brands knowing when players get there they can't deposit?

People change jobs all the time lotso .Ben has been there a while ,these programs accepting USA deposits are in a risky business and I suspect the ewalletxpress issue has to affect them and if another processor is compromised then it will surely affect the money flow. Interesting note today I have activity on my stats ,first time in December so maybe some processing is working now.

I went 11 days in December without a deposit, unheard of.

But, in the last few days I have seen some deposits come trickling in.

My question to Johonthan was more about if they were going to be able to process what needs to be processed this next month... without most of their AM staff.

I'm sorta wondering when ALL the players who have been waiting a month or more for cashouts will be paid in full? Quite a few of them at CM..and what about the ones who aren't members at CM or any other forum?

Some of these people have been waiting since November, and they're not all US based players either. Very reminiscent of your non/delayed payment problems of a couple of years ago. No explanation then either, other than processor issues. Uh huh. Hard for a processor to process with no money I'd say.

Kudos to the webmasters here who have removed the Rushmore Group until they get these problems of theirs sorted. I'm very glad that you guys finally got paid, even if somewhat late. But what about the players, who in most cases, have been waiting with little to no communication from anyone there?

And could this Jonathan person please verify if Louise (the CM rep) is also gone from your company? Again, if you have lost three employees in the sake of a couple of weeks....sounds like more than processor issues (which is the old standard that ALL casinos roll out when they can't pay, for whatever reason).

Sound and vivid............ a future with no $$?

Player issues first I would say.but with reduced staff who is taking care of all those issues ?

I removed most of CP properties already, zero earnings anyway LOL.
