Are you required to send invoice ?

On our account nothing is showing pending at payment reports for April (only earnings you can see).

But i'm informed April is closed this week and all payments will send.

If you registered for tax you are required to send invoice.

If not registered there is no need to send invoice and they will transfer commission to your wallet or bank.
