We are in the same situation.
But, the info we got was "deep changes on the financial department moving to a new system is causing this high delay on payments" .

They're probably full of shit. I've seen my aff manager online, but he hasn't even bothered to respond in a month and not even acknowledged my invoices.

There is already huge distrust in this brand and this is not making it better.

Same here, until now. Where do you send your invoices? To your aff manager?

My aff manager is totally ignoring me which is extremely weird. I can see the dude is online but has not responded since early July. If anyone knows if I can email my invoices anywhere, that might be an option rather than having to deal with this guy.
