As @freakspin said on his thread, we have the same problem with Universal Affiliates.
Carlos won't respond often, when he does he is saying payment will be done, but nothing happens after that.
Our outstanding amount is small luckily but still that isn't the best way to treat partners.
Better to avoid this program
